Accountability - Friday
My day in food:
B: (early early) 1/4 serving protein waffle with PB2 and peanut butter ...experimenting! with sugar free syrup
2B: 3 egg omelet with spinach, swiss and prime rib (yeah! can't get enough of that prime 3 rib stuff) this was really filling for a 3 egg omelet. I've come to the conclusion that omelets are slider food...with dense protein, I can't eat but barely 3 eggs.
No lunch, nap. 3 containers of water..none of them caffeinated
Wake up from a nap, cup of coffee w/NS A swiss miss
Dinner: 4 oz tilapia, 4 broccoli flowerettes, 1/2 oz jack cheese, 1/4 cup mashed potatoes with margarine
Totals for the day:

Wow...I could totally have a serving of kettle corn popcorn later! So long as I drink some more water. Water has been a problem lately cuz I have been full for much longer than normal. Not sure what's going on with that but I do have alittle ley way..

I am going to take a nap tomorrow afternoon, I am working at my second job tomorrow from 7 PM-7AM. I do not care for nights! I don't know how Kay does them all the time! We need the money so I will just suck it up and do it! The night nurses are so nice that I actually almost enjoy the shift!
No breakfast!
1100-1/2 C gnochi and mixed greens w berries and goat cheese
1500-slice sf cake
1700-1 oz cheddar cheese; shaky from the cake
1900-hamburger patty on half a bagel thin, small sweet potato, steamed brocoli
I think I will have strawberries with squirt reddi whip and a 100 cal bag of kettle corn while watching a movie with DD and DH later.
I am short on water and vits; will see what I can work in between now and bed! I did not get home in time for yoga so no exercise but am going to Zumba in the morning!
