Accountability - Wednesday!

Not much sleep last night..lots of stress! And then no eating either. I'm a mess with any kind stress.. even the good stuff. After today, I'm off for 7 days straight. I negotiated two more half days from the 13th to the 16th when my daughter from Sac is in town..Yeah!
 
My eats:
 
5:30 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, sugar free syrup (out of strawberries, darn)
 
6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
 
7:00 am 24 oz hot herb tea..takes alot longer to finish this stuff!
 
9:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick
 
10:30 am a veggie burger patty with 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce and about a cup of whole wheat pasta...took me a half hour to eat this..good thing I wasn't in a hurry!
 
12:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Fulfill Lemonade
 
12:45 pm 1 small peach
 
1:40 pm 2 Tablespoons peanut butter and 16 whole wheat crackers(I actually intended to eat a hard boiled egg but when I opened it, it smelled funny and so I passed on that)
 
2:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Wyler's Cherry
 
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
 
4:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Liv Active Mixed Berry

 6:15 pm 4.5 oz T-bone steak, 1/4 cup baked beans (canned), 1/3 cup canned peas, 1/2 medium baked potato with 1/2 T margarine...yeah, way over the top on the carbs today but this was really good..

Fat: 74.5
Carbs: 139.9
Protein: 108.5

Yikes. I guess I did pretty bad with the carbs today. I blame it all on those crackers! LOL. Not that I didn't shovel those into my own mouth. I knew they weren't the best choice but that hard boiled egg was not gonna make it..I'll work on it more this next week cuz I'll be off for the next 7 days..

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Enjoy your days off! I know you must be so excited for your daughters visit! I know the day will come too soon that my DD will leave home; hard to imagine when they are 10! You ate good today!  I love eggies recipes! I made her stuffed alfredo peppers last week;yum! I make her black bean soup alot too! I need to try the protein cakes and ice creams!

1230-leftover meatloaf in a lc wrap, watermelon, reduced sugar, reduced fat brownie-YUM!!
1500-100 cal baked cheetos
1700-rf string cheese rf wheat thins-pre run
1900-spaghetti sauce with meat,1/4 c wheat spaghetti, steamed brocoli and sprinkle of parmeson
2100-brownie,rs and rf-I shared these with neighbor and co worker so this was the last one!
all my water and such and a five mile run when I only planned 4! It was a great run except for a few dogs trying to nip me! They were on leashes but the owners were not paying attention!
