Another stressful day..too much to do and not enough time..
 
My eats:
 
5:30 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 4 medium strawberries and sugar free syrup
 
6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
 
7:00 am 24 oz hot herb tea with splenda
 
8:30 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick
 
10:30 am 1 pc turkey breast deli meat, 4 oz chicken breast baked, 1 cup lettuce, 1 small tomato, 1/2 corn cob (kernels removed) and 1 oz ceasar dressing
 
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Purple
 
1:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
 
2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
 
3:30 pm 1 small orange

4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange

 7:00 pm 1/3 sirloin cheese burger on a sandwich thin with mayo and 3 french fry wedges...took me nearly an hour to eat it cuz when I don't eat often, my stomach shrinks and I CAN'T eat..darn it, I'm losing weight!

I'm too full to eat any more and I've had just about all I can take but maybe alittle later I'll find something else that I could eat.. I did okay so far.

I was off today becuase it was "Princess Day". DD and I always go out for the day the day before school starts. We saw Nanny McPhee, had lunch, shopped at Macy's and Penneys, had her  nails done then came home for dinner in front of the TV! I did okay with my eating, could of done better but went into it knowing it was a special day so eating was not as planned as usual.
0930-fried egg on bagel thin, watermelon
1230-mixed green salad with chicken, green apple, walnuts, goat cheese in a very light vinagrette
1600-Mango mantra from Jamba Juice(non dairy, splenda smoothie)
1800-hamburger patty w rf cheese, bagel thin, steamed brocoli
2030-reduced sugar brownie. I also replaced the 1/3 C oil with applesauce so it was rf as well and just as tasty!
All my water and such, no exercise except hours of shopping! Had a nice day! Tomorrow is humpday already! I have so much to get done before I switch jobs on the 13th! I am lucky I have some time with my replacement!

Dawn- hope your week gets better so you get your "fuel" in. Any protein powder in the house to pump up the calories and protein? Calories more so than protein; you always do great on that!

Woo Hoo for Macy's..Our mall is getting one this month and my daughter got a job there in the Junior section..I can hardly wait! You know, I looked at eggfaces recipes for protein shakes and I think I'm gonna do the Peanut Butter Cup one..Plain Soy Milk, PB2 and Chocolate Protein Powder..and crushed ice - blenderized..I think that might be my dessert of choice tonight!

Those would be Pillsbury Brownie mix? I <3 Pillsbury reduced sugar mixes! oooo and the frosting too. YUM.

I'll do fine now that I'm off for vacation for the next 7 days. I gave hubby his anniversary present and that makes me happy...especially when it's so nice that he cries...I'm such a sucker for man-tears..LOL.

You did awesome. I bet Princess Day was a giant hit. We didn't do that when I was a kid so I'm so jealous...didn't even have that with my daughter but we will have our version of it on her birthday.

Hey Dawn.
Company is gone, daughter is back in school, I'm getting use to this 3rd shift schedule and eating. I almost feel "normal".

Tuesday's good eats..

3: 30 pm.. 2 boiled eggs

7:00 pm.. Small salad from salad bar.. raw spinach, chicken, sunflower seeds, onions, black beans and olive oil.  (about 1 1/2 cups)

10 pm.. 3 strawberries, small bunch of grapes

12 am..  2 slices of deli turkey and 1 slice of cheese, rolled up

2:45 am.. Smart Ones frozen dinner

4 am.. FF Yogurt

7:50 am.. protein shake

Another 12 hr shift out the window. Going to bed now.

I'm trying to get my son to think of meals outside of the box. He figures if he gets up too late he can't eat "breakfast" but it doesn't matter what you eat, it's still breakfast. And just because you eat a burger for "breakfast" doesn't mean you can't eat waffles for lunch..He's starting to come around, I think. Maybe I can get him to eat more than just burgers for breakfast lunch and dinner..maybe.

I love raw spinach. I saw a recipe for spinach and strawberry salad the other day...I think I'd like that too. Now that I don't eat that much bread, salads are so much more interesting to me!

You did awesome. I'm glad the shifts seem more normal now..It would definitely take a while. I know our neighbor does the 3-12s thing and he's happy as a clam to have those four days off to spend with his daughter. Works out really good if you can re-tune your biological clock..
