Accountability - Monday
What a day! Can't even describe it! It felt like I had been out a week rather than just one day. Talk about everyone in a panic..
My eats:
5:30 am 1/4 serving protein waffles with 4 medium strawberries and sugar free syrup
6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 24 oz Driink Mix, GV Strawberry
10:00 am left overs from 6 egg omelet from Saturday, 1/3 of the whole omelet so figured 2 eggs (still, stuffed me completely!)
10:45 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
12:15 pm 1 can tuna packed in water, 1 sandwich thin, 1 slice processed american cheese
2:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
4:05 pm 1 hard boiled egg
4:35 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, FulFill Wild Berry (short on water today and I can feel it..chapped lips!)
5:30 pm 1/2 a wine cooler (figure 5.5 oz)
6:30 pm fish tacos: 4 oz tilapia fried, 2 corn tortillas, fried, 1/2 cup raw cabbage, tartar sauce, 1 oz monterey cheese
7:30 pm 12 oz hot herb tea (maybe a couple of these cuz it's chillie tonight)

That's pretty cool. It was a stressful day and I had a half a wine cooler while making dinner but really could use some more water. I'm thinking a couple more cups of tea and I'll be caught up.

2000-meatloaf, 1/2 c mashed taters and steamed brocoli
Maybe a HC fudge bar later. I am thirsty so I am waiting 30 minutes to drink, since I just finished dinner.
all my water but am still thirsty, all my vits and such and a nice 5 mile run. 27 days until my half marathon; I have to get the miles in!

You get to train your replacement? I wish I could train my back up but she's just too busy with her job and when I'm gone she has to do two jobs and that's just not happening..I have to figure my job will get about 50/% done while I'm gone..
You did really good..I used to eat those nutrigrain sort of bars. I think it was something Valley. the peanut ones were okay but you're right about the carbs. not great. Keep up the good work. See ya.

3 strips of bacon, 2 scrambled eggs with cheese & 8 oz FF milk
Snack:
1/4 Cup of shredded BBQ pork on a small roll
Lunch:
1/2 of a baked turkey leg, 1/2 Cup of pinto beans, 1/4 cup of steamed cabbage
Dinner:
Garden salad w/ grilled chicken, boiled egg, croutons & Light dressing
Snack:
Peach
chobani greek strawberry yogurt, with 1/2 TB chia seeds
quinoa salad(quinoa, reduced fat feta cheese, garbanzo beans, dried cherries, spinach, oil and vinegar)
cottage cheese, banana, with 1/2 TB chia seeds
2 pieces dark chocolate
coconut milk protein smoothie
almonds
