Another lazy Saturday but we did manage to do some unnecessary shopping. I heard about some rocker bottom shoes at Kmart and went to look at them...bought some! Then we went to American Way thrift store and I spent $12..

My eats for the day:

Breakfast: 1/4 serving protein waffles, sugar free syrup

2B: an over sized cheese omelet so I only had two eggs

L: egg sandwich with two left over 2 eggs from that omelet on a sandwich thin

Snack: 2 fudge covered sugar free graham cookies

D: 1/4 lb lean beef cheese burger with mayo on a sandwich thin

nothing more other than water. I've had four containers of water..

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1509
Fat: 84.8
Carbs: 100.9
Protein: 98.6

I did okay! How did you do?

Kind of abusy saturday for us! I was up early for a run, then immediately to DD first game she was cheering at. Home for a shower then off to get the rest of DD schools supplies. Home again and DH and I cleaned out the garage together and we are even still talking to each other!
Pre Run 0630-raison toast with almond butter-
0900-eggs with cheese and bacon and lc toast
1100-animal crackers
1300-lc tortilla, grilled chicken, sprinkle of parmeson , romaine and lite ceasar dressing and cantelope
1500-cheese and rf wheat thins
1800-grilled chicken, steamed veggies, few bites cinnamon roll
2130-special K with soy milk
all my water and such and I ran 7.5 miles in 1:31! That is a personal best for me. I ate a lot today but I think that was because of my run! I am usually more hungry the next day not the day of! I will have to watch it tomorrow as it will be a rest day for exercise except maybe a walk with the family.

Wow...cleaning the garage and still speaking. I can totally relate to that! And another wow with the 1:31...amazing. You'll be craving those carbs for sure.

Great list. Keep up the good work. See ya.

It was a little chilly yesterday morning but it felt great.  I was up early (don't know why) at about 4am and wanted to hit the gym early, but then I remembered they don't open until 7am on the weekends.

Pulled out my "Survival Bag" and got in some much needed shopping and started cooking and preparing my meals for the week, trying to leave the cafeteria food ALONE!

Cardio:  Treadmill & Upper Body Strength training

Food Plan:

My usual...

Isn't that the silliest thing? I mean on the weekends is when you have time to go to the gym but usually early..7 am is too late for me. I'm usually up for several hours and have tons to get done on the weekends. Weird!

Great plan to make all your work lunch and snack choices way ahead of time!  I do the same thing with my clothes for the week so I see no reason why it wouldn't work on food too.

Wos. only 860 calories. Good job..keep up the good work. See ya.
