Accountability - Sunday
My eats for sunday:
B: 1/4 serving protein waffles, sugar free syrup and 4 large raw strawberries
24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Blue
2B: 6 egg cheese omelet (yeah, the whole darn thing!)
No lunch..at all. too full. I should have eaten that omelet in halves..
Snack: 2 fudge graham sugar free cookies
24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
D: 1/2 cup whole wheat spaghetti noodles, 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce, 3.5 oz lean ground beef cooked.
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1542
Fat: 90.0 (yeah, that omelet did a job on my numbers!)
Carbs: 83.8
Protein: 105.2
All in all it wasn't a bad day. I found out my daughter's husband's grandfather is very ill but he lives near here and they'll be coming down in about a week so he can see is grandfather again..So we'll get to see them. It's not under great cir****tances but it's better than nothing..

WOW; 6 eggs and you ate it all? I am impressed! I am glad you get to see your daughter soon; but like you said the situation is sad. I slept in cleaned the computer room, put launfry away, screamed like a banshee at DD and DH to get all their crap picked up or it was going to the GoodWill. I feel bad about that, but it helped.Then we went to a Harvest Festival, cookout, hayrides, music and badmitton; fun day after all that yelling.
0930-eggs w cheese, bacon and 1/4 c hash browns
1130-3 sf oreo type cookies
1330-hot dog half bun, watermelon, 1 T pasta salad, 1 cookie
1830,baked chicken, 1/3 c mashed potatoes, sf cookie
2000-handful of trail mix.
I know I am low on protein, so will have something with protein before bed, otherwise I will probably get the shakes later. Most of my water, no exercise to speak of.

You know, my son tells me things I screamed at him when he was small and I can't believe it..I know we have different memories but still. hmm. I'm glad the day ended on a good note.
