Accountability - Thursday
Nice thunder and lightening last night..scared the dogs to death. We even let the neighbor's dog in the house because he was found running around the neighborhood, shaking..His owners came home after the fair at nearly midnight to come and get him but we were glad to make him feel better...all the dogs were shivering in the dark corners at our house..Looks like we may have a re-do of that same thing tonight..
My eats for Thursday:
5:30 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, sugar free syrup
6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, sugar free syrup
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick
8:45 am 1 small orange raw
9:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Fullfill Wild Berry
12:30 pm 1/4 lb cheese burger patty, 1/2 cup lettuce, 1 thin slice tomato, 1/2 oz some sort of salad dressing, 1/2 cup pork and beans, more salad..and 1/2 cup (probably) spaghetti salad...regular pasta. It was the district barbeque today..I indulged..

2:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
3:45 pm 1 small peach
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
6:30 pm 2 pc chicken marinara (ala Banquet), 1/2 cup mashed potato whipped with milk, 1/2 corn cob, boiled, 1/2 T margarine..yum. Too much food..makes. me. tired..

Carbs are too high and calories seem a bit high..especially for the protein number..I'm too tired to argue about it. I think I'll go to bed early. I have tomorrow off as a furlough day. I don't know what I'm gonna do but it's gonna be hot..

We do not get too many T&L storms up here but I like them! I loved the feeling of being scared by them when I was young. It was the same feeling i would get when we watched The Wizard of Oz every year; strange kid!

1400-1/2 PBJ on wheat
1730-WW frozen chicken entree
2030-low carb small tortilla, sprinkle rf cheese, 2 oz chicken and splash of salsa
