We had such an awesome time last night..I'm dragon-ass today..Not near enough sleep. And to think, in my younger days (half my age) I usta could drag into work with less than half the sleep I actually got last night and work a full day, on my FEET...yikes, I'm OLD..
 
6:00 am 1/4 serving protein waffles
6:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 small peach
9:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Purple
10:45 am 1/4 serving protein waffle with peanut butter and sugar free honey
12:00 pm 1/4 lb cheese burger wrapped in lettuce with thousand island dressing on the side (my favorite Wednesday food!)
1:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated 
2:30 pm 1 hard boiled egg
3:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
4:15 pm 1 small blueberry muffin made from the Jiff mix with margarine
4:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Fullfill Wild Berry

7:00 pm 1/3 lb sirloin cheese burger on a sandwich thin mayo..and about 1/2 cup potato salad with egg. took me more than a half hour to eat that sandwich!

I'm so tired, it doesn't matter that I didn't make enough of anything. I got all my vitamins, all my water, some walking in before it got up to 110 degrees today and I'm okay with that..

How fun a concert and for free! I love a bargain! The Puyallup Fair up here is so expensive! $ 10 to park, about the same to get in and the food prices are crazy! If your kids want to ride alot of rides you might as well go to Disneyland!
0800-EAS RTD protein drink
1000-lowfat Erins popcorn
1230-slice of thin crust pepperoni pizza
1900-scrambled eggs w rf cheese, bacon, bagel thin w lite butter and sf preserves
I will have a snack later probably rf string cheese and rf wheat thins. I have a cantelope I could cut open;that sounds good!

Oh, i know how you are feeling. I use to go out all night then go to work the next morning and not feel a thing. Now, If I do that.. I feel it fo 2 days. I'm also getting old.

My day was good.

7 pm.. Smart Ones breakfast sammy

10 pm.. peach

12 am.. FF Yogurt

2 am.. Lean cuisine

5: 30 am.. NSA  chocolate pudding cup and banana

8 am.. 3 strips of turkey bacon and 8 oz FF milk

I need to go grocery shopping...

Yeah. I actually didn't feel as bad as I thought I would. Maybe 5 hours is enough sleep! LOL. What did bother me was my backside! I guess sitting for a couple of hours on metal bleachers didn't do my butt any good at all!

I figure the only advantage of dying young is making a really good looking corpse..otherwise, who would care? I want mine to look like a shriveled, dried and used up old prune!

Nice list..Peaches right now are so sweet! I just love seasonal fruit..
