Accountability - Sunday
I had a good day..Started slow but we did alot of walking at the big car show. We met some new people there and visited for HOURS..Great time. I even got in another nap! LOL. I feel like I had a lazy weekend but I think I still did okay.
Breakfast at 6 am: 1/2 serving protein waffles, sugar free syrup
24 oz drink mix
2Breakfast: 10 am: 2 eggs scrambled with ham chunks. alittle sausage gravy on a bite of hashed browns and a bite of whole wheat toast

12 oz water, plain
24 oz drink mix water
L: 1 cup ground beef taco meat, 1 cup lettuce, a slice of tomato, 1 T ranch dressing

Dinner: a 1/3 pound sirloin cheese burger on sandwich thin with mayo. and 5 wedge fries with mayo and ketchup..stuffed!
after dinner, 2 sugar free cookies
close to bed: another half container of water.

Another good day. I'm tired..lots of walking today.

0800-2 fried eggs, 2 T hashbrowns and half a sausage patty
1200-1/2 turkey and cheese on wheat with top bread removed
1430-slice thin crust pizza
1900-red beans and rice with turkey kielbasa
2000-100 calorie kettle corn and sf cookie
I think I will have some fage and raspberries before bed
No exercise all my water and vitamins but missed the calcium!
I spent the evening going through all my MIL multiple tubs of quilting things! They sold their house and have moved to assisted living due to her dementia! I have found several quilt tops she did but never finished with the batting and backside and actually half a dozen finished beautiful quilts! She was a professional quilter. I am having a garage sale for quilters in a few weeks. Whatever does not sell I will donate; I need my garage back!
