I think if any day could be cancelled due to lack of enthusasm, today would be the day..I just wasn't into this day at all. So I took a nap, which was probably a mistake but I figure it couldn't hurt.

B: 1/2 serving protein waffle with sugar free syrup. this was at 6 am

one container of water (24 oz)

2B: alittle more than half of a cheese omelet (6 eggs)

one container of water (24 oz)

1 oz salted roasted peanuts

one container of water (24 oz)

L: the rest of that omelet on a sandwich thin

(nap)

D: 2 beef tacos (2 corn tortillas, 1/2 cup cooked ground beef, tomato, lettuce)

Well, I'm ready to reveal the totals...I ate too much to have napped but here's the sad truth:

Calories: 1792
Fat: 108.4
Carbs: 87.5
Protein: 131.8

I did hit my marks but I could have done better on the calories..We'll make up for the lack of exercise tomorrow. We have a car show to attend and that will get me up and moving..

boring day so far, not much hope it will get terribly exciting before it ends!
1000-eggs w cheese, bacon and bagel thin with lite butter and sf jelly
1230-wheat sub w turkey, cheese and lots of veggies-tossed the top bun
1500-1/2 Aunt Annies pretzel
1800-marinated flank steak, sweet potato and steamed brocoli
Later-I think we will have sf ff root beer floats
I had 2 sf cookies earlier too.
I ran 6.1 miles this morning with my group; I am training for a half marathon the end of September.
We went out to the base and got most of DD school supplies and then to the commissary for groceries. We bought a badmitton kit so are going to go out and play badmitton in a bit so I guess that could turn exciting! I actually want to go to bed, i feel tired. I am not sleeping well and not sure why!
