I am SO glad this week is over. Too much responsibility for me while the boss is out..I have to be good and stay busy...bummer! I hate having to be a responsible adult! Next week will be better when I don't have to be a leader, I can be follower or a slacker...whichever!


5:30 am 1/2 serving protein waffle with sugar free syrup and margarine

6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry

8:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

9:30 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat

10:15 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange

12:30 pm 4 oz baked chicken breast with alittle bbq sauce(figure 1/2 oz), 1 cup lettuce, 3 slices tomato, 1T Ranch dressing.

2:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated

3:20 pm 1 hard boiled egg, 1 small orange raw

4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Fullfill Lemonade

4:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Power Edge, Tangerine Strawberry Caffeinated

(guess what I found in the lunch room before I left? Nearly a whole pizza they were either giving away or going to toss out! So instead of having tacos tonight, I brought home a pizza! Free pizza, what could be better?)

6:00 pm 1/8 of a 16" pizza with meat and veggies  [numbers on this are: 450, 20.7, 47.1, 18.1]
  Seems like I'm going longer and longer between snacks for some reason..Maybe cuz I'm busy and not thinking about food.

So here are the numbers:

Calories: 1313
Fat: 55.9
Carbs: 100.7
Protein: 110.8

Hmmm. I could have done worse. I could have done better but that pizza has me stuffed. I still got 34% protein for the day..Not bad.

hi dawn,
i have been thinking about making some whole wheat pizza. i wanted to invite my mom over to eat some pizza since on my bday last month i made pizza for her and the whole day got ruined by a flat tire . i think i did well. i took a long walk today and trimmed 3 of my 5 shrushes. so there is my exercise.

It looks like you put a beer in there..But you did so awesome...doesn't matter.

I didn't fare so well. I added a bit more of that pizza and it tossed me right over the edge. I was sick and nauseous. Why do I do that? Why Why Why...I feel so stupid..


So you did awesome, me not so much. I'm sorry your birthday was ruined. I hate when that happens. You should try the whole wheat pizza thing..The family hates my pizza so I don't try it anymore..but I think maybe this winter I'll try it again.

Weird! There's four colors on the color wheel and alcohol listed at the bottom of the nutrition list..Must be some sort of program error then..

Bad eating day! No excuses just poor planning or no planning actually!
0900-eggos w light buter and sf syrup-was sick of eggs and they sounded good; but weren't
1130-mixed greens, goat cheese, herb chicken in a light vinagrette, flat bread
1430-other half of salad from lunch and another piece of flat bread
1800-grilled chicken, spring saladm baked beans, small cobbette of corn, few bites of peach cobbler-work BBQ
2200-rf string cheese and rf wheat thins
I also had some york pieces; maybe half a serving and two 3 Muskateers minis-no reson to eat these, very poor choices and I forgot two fortune cookies!
No exercise, all my water and such.
I love pizza! I would eat Papa Murphy's DeLite pizza twice a week if I could! I love all the flavors. I like my home made pizza as well but it is so easy to just pick up pizza and salad on the way home!

I must have just eaten too much of it or something..I had stomach pains and just felt horrible..I very rarely eat anything like pizza but free pizza...I mean seriously..I should have scraped the toppings off I guess.

I guess we both need those do-overs this weekend..Planning works best..Oh well, step over the carnage and walk on, I guess.

I don't like posting anymore because my eating schedule is weird since working night shift. I was off yesterday so it was normal.

B: 2 boiled eggs w/ hot sauce, 3 strips of turkey bacon & 8 oz FF milk

S: 2 Ham and cheese roll up's & 1 pickle spear

L: 1 Cup of Great Northern beans cooked with neckbones

S: Mini bag of light Popcorn

D: 1 Cup of Chili macaroni made with SF sauce, whole grain mac & ground turkey

S: 1/2 a cup of NSA vanilla ice cream topped with a sprinkle of chopped pecans
