Shopping today instead of eating lunch at my desk. The boss is here today so I can't get away with much..So I went to Staples to buy school supplies and couldn't find a single thing worth buying..oh well! I guess i didn't need to spend money that bad. I don't have a lot of money to spend but it was nice to get out and look even if I didn't buy anything!


5:30 am 1/2 serving protein waffles, sugar free syrup

6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry

8:00 am 1oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat

9:15 am 1 medium orange raw

10:15 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Wyler's Cool Raspberry

11:00 am 2 oz ham, 1 slice processed american cheese, 1 T ranch dressing, 1 oroweat sandwich thin

1:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated

2:00 pm 2 oz ham, 1 hardboiled egg

3:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Fullfill Lemonade

4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Power Edge, Tangerine Strawberry Caffeinated


6:15 pm 1/3 lb sirloin burger (cooks down to 3.75 oz) with cheese on a bed of grilled onions, 4 french fry wedges and mayo

Now that's not bad. I had a full day and I'm tired so I'm getting off the computer and going to have some quiet time..

I think I had my usual, could of done better could of done worse! I need to track on the daily plate again! We went to get school supplies and forgot the darn list; so have to try again this weekend!
0930-scrambled eggs w rf cheese, 1 piece of bacon, bagel thin w sf jelly
1330- lettuce wrapped burgeer from Red Robin w melon slices
1700-rf string cheese and rf wheat thins
2000-baked chicken, steamed brocoli, and sweet potato
2100 sf ff chocolate pudding w squirt reddi whip
all my water and such. Went for a 4 mile run in the morning with my friend and then went for a 3.5 mile run before dinner with a different friend!

Hey Dawn and everyone else.
I pretty much slept all day Thursday til work at 7. My body wouldn't let it be no other way...

4:45 pm..  Protein shake

7:00 pm.. Fruit smoothie w/ protein added

10:00 pm.. 100 calorie pack of dark chocolate almonds

12:30 am..  Garden salad w/ cheese, Boiled egg and ff ranch

4:00 am.. Grilled chicken subway wrap

5:00 am.. SF iced coffee

8:00 am.. 2 slices of bacon & banana
