Something wild about cruising to work, driving too fast with the top down. It just makes my whole morning!

12:00 pm 1/4 lb cheese burger wrapped in lettuce w/tomato, pickles, onions and 1 Tablespoon thousand island dressing

2:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Brewed Cranberry Apple Tea on Ice

2:30 pm 2 slices deli ham, 3 large strawberries

2:45 pm 2 large strawberries

Not bad for being out of my usual routine.
0900-special K with milk
1100-rf string cheese and rf wheat thins
1300-halibut and sweet potato
1530-fiber one bar
1800-fried egg w rf cheese, bacon on a bagel thin
2000-100 cal kettle corn, ff,sf choc pudding w squirt reddi whip
all my water and such but still hungry....hmmmmm

Wednesday was my first night of night shift and it actually wasn't so bad. I didn't get sleepy til about 5 this morning. My eating schedule is off but I'm permanent night shift so this is how it is gonna be.


11 am.. fruit smoothie

4 pm.. 2 med eggs scrambled with onions, peppers, cheese and 1/2 cup of ground beef

9 pm.. 100 calorie pack of almonds

1 am.. Lean Cuisine

3:30 am.. FF Yogurt

7: 30 am.. Smoked turkey sausage, pack of instant grits

It's now 8:30 am and I'm going to bed. Have a nice day everyone!

Very awesome about the scale...Keep it up! Look at that carb percentage! Wow...now that's gonna work well to curb those carb cravings..You can work in some fruit or veggies as carbs and it will work great! 

Great list. I love seeing the dense protein (meat)..it keeps you fuller longer and that's always a good thing. Protein shakes and soft protein things have their place but they slide through so fast..I get hungry really quick and that just means more food.

Water too! There's just something about drinking plenty of water that makes losing weight easier..I'm not sure what it is but I find the more water I drink, the less I weigh, no matter how much I eat. I wish I'd paid more attention in health class when I was a kid!

i am trying not to step on the scale every day. but i do anyways. i believe it said 160.4 i forgot.. lol..
soon i will see 150 again.. woo hooo... yeah that carb percentage was wonderful. i know i can do it and i am.... i am proud of myself but i do slip up lots so now i am trying not to. i think its hard for lots of people. i do have some fruit in the house canned and frozen so i will try and add them to my diet. i love fruit. i'm running low on protein powder been looking for free samples on the free stuff. i wanted to make some protein balls but just dont want to use up all my protein powder for that. i hope for next month to come so i can buy some protein powder. oh yeah i do love water.. u know since i am eating right i do feel hungry at night. i mean my tummy hurts sometimes now. i havent felt like that when i was eating wrong. and i have been using a smaller plate and not a big plate anymore. see you tommorow. :-)  anita
