Ok i am confused.
I was checking out your list (as usual b/c i love the variety you pack in) & saw hardly any real "FOOD" items. So i wondered of your drink mixes have cals as you have a ton of of oz of liquids, but your cal count is "high" (?? - higher than normal?? im not sure, but its higher than what I "usually" do. Maybe thats your reg count & I just never noticed??).
I never include my drinks in my list (im thining perhaps i should??) b/c they dont have cals. eg: ive been hooked on flavored sparkling water lately - has Zero everything. Other than that, i'll have a diet coke about 3x/wk & of course - gotta have my coffee everyday!

Anyways - here's my eats:
Food Item Servings Cals Fat Carbs Fiber Protein
General Mills Total Raisin Bran 1.00 230 1g 57g 7g 4g
Berkley Farms 2% Milk 1.00 140 5g 14g 0g 10g
Banana, medium 1.00 105 0g 27g 3g 1g
Plum Tomato 4.00 52 1g 12g 3g 2g
Frigo Frigo Cheese Heads String Cheese 1.00 80 6g 0g 0g 6g
Country Style Pork Spare Ribs 1.00 160 9g 0g 0g 23g
Michael Angelo's Lasagna with Meat Sauce 1.00 310 13g 27g 3g 21g
Romaine Lettuce, Tomato, Onion Salad 1.00 27 0g 6g 1g 1g
Totals: 1,104 35g 143g 17g 68g
I totally could have done w/o the cereal (57 fricken carbs!!??!! WTF was i thinking?!??!!? OH YA I KNOW... I WASNT thinking )

I should probably post each item like you do but here's where the calories/protein came from:

Breakfast:
Egg: 87 calories, 6.2 protein
Soy Baking Mix, 98 calories, 24.0 protein
CarbQuick: 45 calories, 3.0 protein
Cottage Cheese: 40 calories, 7.0 protein
PB2: 106 calories, 11.3 protein...

Lunch:
Ham: 163 calories, 20.4 protein
Ranch Dressing: 145 calories, 0.4 protein (that's horrible)

That snack of yogurt and peach with TVP:
TVP: 150 calories, 22.0 protein
Peach: 31 calories, 0.7 protein
Yogurt: 60 calories, 5.0 protein

Dinner:
Sirloin Patty: 231 calories 27.8 protein
Spaghetti sauce: 98 calories, 8.5 protein
cheese: 95 calories 5.4 protein

along with the tomatoes, mayonnaise, various other stuff including the cheese stick and the turkey breast thingy...1832 calories...

actually, it was half the serving of the soy baking mix but that only gives me 48 fewer calories and 12 fewer on the protein..I forgot, I only put half the normal soy mix in there because I wanted to try the PB2 for that..
