Her we go AGAIN

I'm onboard too! 

I realized 6 days ago that I was up 15 pounds since my lowest weight post WLS.  I was so frustrated but seem to be back on track - having already lost 3 pounds this week.  I went to www.5daypouchtest.com which helped me see that my sleeve isn't broken.  I have been drinking CRAZY amounts of water all week - NO SNACKING AT ALL - drinking a low-carb protein shake each day - and VERY LITTLE bread.  I can tell my sleeve is kinda shrinking again which I am soooo proud of!  I was scared that I was doomed to gain all my weight back.  Ya know, I could eat whatever I wanted and how much I wanted before I had my BIG WEIGHT GAIN revelation last week.  I was eating a SLEEVE OF CRACKERS while watching TV almost every night of the week - NOT GOOD.

Glad I am kinda back on track - we can all do this, We All Know That We CAN!  Let's stick together and support each other and JUST DO IT!

I also want to climb aboard!  I want to get rid of this weight I've regained, and get back to a size I feel good about.  I have been good this month (September) in working out 3x/week, but my eating has been not stellar.

How are you doing?
