Well, today is a guestimate cuz of that stupid omelet and not actually eating a lunch. If I did,I sure dont remember it!

B: 1/2 protein waffle with sugar free syrup

2B: 3 egg chili cheese omelet with hashed browns

no lunch. 2 containers of water

another container of water with 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick and a couple of protein cookies from Health Smart (the freebee stuff they sent me because the CarbThin they sold me was horrible - bad batch)

Dinner: a 1/4 sirloin burger with cheese, sauerkraut and mayo on an oroweat sandwich thin..

I'm looking for more but don't think I have room for it.

Protein: 132.1

I'm okay with that...too tired to worry too much..Tomorrow is another day and this next week is gonna be GREAT..

This week is going to be great; I am on vacation. More like a staycation; we are not going anywhere!
0930-fried egg w 2% cheese on a bagel thin
1300-banana
1700-2 slices thin crust pizza
1900-bowl of cereal with milk
2100-light string cheese and rf wheat thins

I haven't been online much because I had company but here are Saturday and Sunday's good eat...


Saturday:

B- 2 eggs scrambled with cheese, 1 hash brown patty, 3 strips of turkey bacon

S- Shared a bag of popcorn with my friend

L- Lean Cuisine

S- 1/2 a mango

D- 2 baked chicken legs, 1/4 cup of brown rice, 1/2 a ear of corn on the cob

2 Mikes hard lemonade

Sunday:

B- Ham and cheese grits

S- 1/2 a mango

L- 1 grilled chicken breast, 5 lg grilled shrimp, 4 grilled asparagus spears

S- 1/2 Cup of NSA vanilla ice cream

D- Lean cuisine

I AM SO EXCITED!!!! You know - i think i am more excited for the 1st day of school than P is!!
After church, we did more shopping around & picked up all the little extras he'd need for class & his locker - ironed what he was going to wear on the first day - picked up some extra goodies for lunch. PHEW - i was zipping all over the place while he's like EH what ever LOL
I think he's just trying to maintain his cool, while mommys is losing her mind LOL
