Today I found out that my favorite restaurant doesn't serve 3 egg omelets...they're SIX egg omelets..My numbers have been off several weekends in a row! No wonder I could never finish those omelets and had to eat them for lunch too!

So now here is my food list TRUTHFULLY!

Breakfast: no protein waffle..went to breakfast early. 6 egg omelet with cheese only..no home fries and passed the biscuits and gravy to dear hubby..

no snacks.

2 Drinks, 24 oz different flavors while shopping

L: sandwich on sandwich thin with stewed chicken, ham, cheese and some caccaitore sauce..

1 Drink, 24 oz, can't remember the flavor

Early Dinner: 3.75 oz cooked sirloin burger with spaghetti sauce and alittle salad, 4 potato wedges

I need two more containers of water and probably nothing else..

Totals for the day:

I know! I thought it was 3 eggs but when we ordered yesterday morning the menu said "oversized omelets" and so I asked..6 eggs was the answer...no wonder I could never finish the whole omelet and some home fries..I kept getting smaller ones and smaller ones. I finally just got the plain cheese one and could fini**** after about 30 minutes but no home fries..Still, it's like having two breakfasts at one time..

You did pretty good. You get in more carbs than some but you also run nearly every day..And when days are busy, I bet you're like me and forget to eat..

Keep up the good work. See ya. Good luck with that heat up there. I see where it's gonna be in the mid 90's today..yikes.

A 6 egg omelet.....never seen that, usually it's a 3 egg.  In my old life I really liked omeletts but eggs have been off my menu since WLS.  I'm just now able to eat an egg, but only 1.  Yester we went to IHOP and I ordered from the kids' menu.  Had an egg, a bacon strip and 2 little cinnamon things that were really good but very sweet.

Eats yesterday:

egg, bacon strip, cinnamon things
Click w/almond breeze, 1 scoop of Any Whey
peanut butter on 1 slice of bread
chicken, okra, sweet potato
fresh peach w/1/2 cup ice cream

I was really surprised when I asked about it. I started with an omelet that had all sorts of stuff like peppers and cheese and veggies..then down to chili and cheese and then just cheese..still barely eating all of it if dh took a few bites and none of the potatoes (which didn't exactly break my heart!) but when I asked, that pretty much cleared it up for me. But 2 eggs, hashbrowns and toast is $6.49. That omelet with the coffee too is $6.99 so I go for that and add the biscuits and gravy for dh..and then share the eggs with him too..

Newly out I tried hard boiled eggs and it was ugly! So I didn't try hard boiled eggs for a a long time (about three years) but scrambled have always worked well provided I eat them slowly.

I have a problem with hidden carbs so when I saw on the IHOP menu that they add "a splash" of pancake batter to their omelets I decided that they better show me the yolks on those puppies just to be sure I wasn't getting hidden carbs.

You did great. Keep up the good work. see ya.

It is simply amazing to me how fast we (& by "we" i mean ME) revert back to old habits. Today was filled w/ nothing but running here & there - doggy spa, shopping for clothes & school supplies. P now wears mens sizes & I know nooootthing about means sizes. So we spent a lot of time trying on stuff. Once we found the right size, we went to places that are more reasonable priced (I had no idea old navy would work so well!!).
Everything went really well today, except for my eating! I didnt have anything to eat until after 1pm.

Wow...short list! You hardly ate anything at all. And you were so busy..I hope you get plenty of rest tomorrow..I know what you mean about men's sizes. My son is just about there. He's so much taller than his dad but his waist is still only 28 inches..He's only 112 pounds so finding him clothes that are slim enough but LONG enough...impossible.

It's only one day..You get unlimited do-overs. Have a great Monday. Keep up the good work. See ya.
