Accountability - Friday
Off and running with the stress again today. Seems no one is happy with the truth. I can't lie to people and I try and be as kind as I can with the truth but sometimes that doesn't help. I hit a major milestone. I deleted an email without even reading it. I guess I've progressed beyond drinking the KOOL-AID..Good for me. I feel like I'm set FREE..
5:30 am 1/2 serving protein waffles, sugar free syrup
6:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss MIss
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry (I just think strawberry is such a HAPPY flavor!)
8:15 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat, 1 small plum
9:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Fullfill Grape (I'm having to drink this really slow because I still feel full from that snack! yes, this is a sign that I'm stressed!)
10:40 am leftover chicken cacciatore with eggplant and fresh cooked corn (off 1/2 cob) probably 3 or 4 ounces chicken breast, tomato sauce, mushrooms, eggplant and corn.
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
12:30 pm 1 small grapefruit
1:30 pm 1/2 raisin bagel with cream cheese. Not only sugar but white carbs..I'm totally doomed now.
1:40 pm 1 hard boiled egg
2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Wyler's Pink Lemonade
3:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Fullfill Berry
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
5:45 pm 3.75 oz sirloin burger patty on a tiny (1/4 cup) egg noodle pile and a cup of meat spaghetti sauce with parm cheese on top...yum..Just enough noodles to fill me up but not enough to keep me from eating the rest which was so YUMMY..

3.5 mile run all my water and such. Busy weekend; beach party, DD is in a play Saturday and Sunday. It is supposed to be over 90 this weekend. That is stinkin hot in these parts!

90 degrees and humid? Yuck. I'll take my 89 and dry...well, I'm not outside but I get it. LOL.
I heard it was peach week or peach month..I'm so tired of peaches I would die for strawberries but they're spendy just now. Ah well.
