What a day! Brushfires (not literally) and drama in all corners of my life today..And as a result, I didn't eat enough or drink enough..I'm trying to play catch up later in the day now..



5:45 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, sugar free syrup, vitamins

6:15 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

6:30 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, sugar free syrup

7:15 am the rest of that coffee, 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry

8:00 am 24 oz Drink mix, AquaFusion Lemonade

9:10 am 1 small plum

10:30 am 4.5 oz stewed chicken breast, a few mushrooms from the chicken cacciatore on 1 cup lettuce, 2 slices tomato, 1 oz cesar dressing

12:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Blue Typhoon

1:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated

1:40 pm 1 hard boiled egg

3:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Fullfill Grape

4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Polar Blast  
5:30 pm 1/2 wine cooler (Seagrams)

6:15 pm 3 oz grilled chicken breast, 1/3 cup mashed potatoes, 1/3 cup canned corn, 1 tablespoon margarine and 1 slice of grilled eggplant

I did better than I thought but I really need some less stressful moments. This is just a really bumpy portion of my road..thankfully, I can probably turn the phone off this weekend or find somewhere else to be..

1530-1 mini chocolate donut from Starbucks- from a friend
1800-fiber one bar
2030-flank steak, steamed brocoli, sweet potato
2130-fresh strawberries with a squirt of whip cream
all my water, no exercise or vits/calcium-oops! Going for a run in the morning with a friend before work.

When I'm stressed, I starve myself now too. I use to stuff my face or just graze all day.
Anyway, my day was good. Work was busy. I could write a book about the things I see in the ER. Some sad and some just crack me up. I'm happy I made the move.

I have to go to a tact/self defense class tomorrow from 7 to 4. This is required in order to work in the ER. This cracks me up because i am a big chicken and if something happens, I'm running. lol

My good eats..

Breakfast: 
Corned beef hash, 2 strips of bacon
8 oz FF milk

Lunch: 
Salad.. lettuce, raw broccoli, red onion, cucumbers, shredded carrots, RF cheese, cut up leftover over baked chicken breast, croutons and FF Italian dressing. Yum

Snack: 
Bag of 120 Cal baked chips

Dinner: 
PB & Jelly.. 2 slices of light wheat, 2 tbsp of RF PB and SF Jelly
8 oz FF Milk

Self defense for me might be tough..cuz I'm so little. I feel it more now when I try and throw my weight around and there isn't any. LOL. I could always use a class in TACT though...sounds interesting.

Nice list..I'll try and keep from stuffing my face but it seems the stress is more of a calorie burner than I thought. I'm eating about the same, I think but losing weight..down two pounds in that many days..sheesh.

Drama comes in all sizes & can be sparked when a large chip on the sholders comes in contact w/ a monsterously defensive tude  oh well - bygones.
at least i got my tail on the bike & did SOMETHING at least once this week.

My eats - started off aiight, but it was a train wreck by the end of the day.

I think it's pride and ego. She asked my opinion and I gave it and she didn't like it cuz I said she was doing something wrong..I've been where she is and don't want her to screw up like I did but whatever. I have to let it go. That's the hard part..Everyone is intitled to make mistakes. I just have to let my step daughter make her own mistakes. Too bad.
