Sort of a strange day. I know I got enough sleep, maybe too much! So why am I feeling tired? dunno...Then I felt sick to my stomach halfway through the afternoon...Hmmm. HOpefully tomorrow will be better.


5:30 am 1/2 serving protein waffles, sugar free syrup

6:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Wyler's Cool Raspberry

8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick

8:20 am hard boiled egg

9:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange

9:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Wyler's Pink Lemonade

10:30 am 1 small peach, 2 small plums

12:00 pm 1/4 lb cheese burger wrapped in lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles with thousand island dressing

12:30 pm  24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated

2:45 pm 6 oz low fat, low cal banana cream yogurt (low sugar too!)

3:10 pm 1 medium orange

4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Purple

4:30 pm 24 oz Brewed Ice Tea with splenda raspberry

6:00 pm 1/4 cheese burger on a sandwich thin with mustard and mayo, 3 large french fries.

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1553
Fat: 75.0
Carbs: 112.7
Protein: 122.9

The numbers are alright. I do need a dessert..maybe half a fudgesicle..

0930-inside of a breakfast sandwich
1130-mixed fresh fruit
1330-chicken tortilla soup, banana, sf cookie
1900-hamburger patty w cheese, steamed brocoli and sweet potato
2030-rf graham crackers
Is it Friday yet? I am tired. all my water and such, rest day so no exercise.

Wed was my first of 7 am to 7 pm! Hate it. I could never get up this early. I am just not a morning person. 2 more days of this crap and I'm starting my new permanent schedule 7 pm to 7 am. Just thinking about getting off at 7 am and sleeping 8 hours makes me smile.

Breakfast: 
WW new breakfast quesadillia. yuck! I could only eat 1/2 .. eww
8 oz FF milk

Snack: 
SB diet protein cereal bar
16.9 oz bottle of SF Kool-aid

Lunch: 
1/2 a roast beef sammy w/ light mayo and cheese
1 cup of Baked potato soup
1 can of diet orange soda

Dinner: 
1/3 of a baked chicken breast, baked chicken wing
1/2 cup of collard greens
1/4 cup of white beans.

I never eat and lay down but I was so freaking tired that I took a shower and got in the bed. It made my stomach hurt and 10 minutes later, most of my dinner came back up. This has never happened before.

I can't eat more than an ounce of anything and lay down so I totally know what you mean..Sorry you got sick! That sucks.

I am a morning person. I can't stay up late to save my life..After 9 pm I'm like a corpse..LOL. Unless something is bothering me, I go to sleep really  early. I guess it became a habit when we moved out here and had no power. When the sun went down the lights went out so when the sun came up, we already had plenty of sleep and got up sometimes to sit with coffee and watch the sun come up. Sunrises around here can be pretty spectacular.

I have been off all week. I find myself really struggleing this week to track & get my WO on. I know i was HECKA TIRED (like completely wiped) from driving down to SoCal& back last weekend & its pretty much taken me all week to recoup (whats that about?!??!)
Anyways, i tried to backtrack my eats for today & this is what i came up with.
