They let us log onto facebook from work today to vote for a school to get an award..Of course, my connection doesn't work. LOL. It figures!


5:30 am 1/2 serving protein waffles with sugar free syrup[-vitamins: multi, b-12, omega 3, garlic oil] out of biotin!

6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Wylers Cool Raspberry which I spilled all over my professional looking grey tank top...sigh!

8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat (i can hear those plums calling me!)

8:30 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange

9:20 am 1 small pear and part of my ham salad

9:30 am 4 small plums (argh! I can't get started on these again!)

10:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange

10:30 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit

11:00 am more of my ham salad...consists of 6 oz can chopped ham(3 servings), 1 cup chopped lettuce, 2 slices tomato and 1 oz ranch dressing  
12:00 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit

12:30 pm the last of my ham salad

1:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Raspberry

2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch lemon Berry

3:00 pm 3 slices deli ham, 1 oz cheddar cheese

3:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Purple

4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange

5:30 pm 3 oz crock pot chicken cacciatore on 1/2 cup whole wheat spaghetti

6:45 pm 2 oz crock pot chicken cacciatore on 1/3 cup whole wheat spaghetti..silly me. I thought I wasn't full before. I'm STUFFED now.

When I was upset over something my mom always said "go to bed and sleep, everything will seem better in the morning". It usually was, hope your drama is less tomorrow!
I had a very carb heavy day but think calories wise it was okay.
0930-ww breakfast sandwich
1230-mixed greens, chicken, shredded cheddar, salsa and a bit of sour cream
1500-sf rhubarb crisp
1700-100 cal english muffin, PB and sf jelly
1930-ww entree-too  tired to cook this late; I need a wife!
2030-sf rhubabrb crisp
I went for a three mile run while DD was at cheer practice. It was not too hot but was a bit humid for our part of the country any way! All my water, but missed all the rest! Will get in what I can before bed and try to do better tomorrow.

I am very unhappy about having to work 7 am to 7 pm these next three days. I HATE morning shift but they want me to train on all shifts.

Tuesday's good eats...

B: Deli ham, slice of RF cheese on 1 slice of Light wheat toast

S: 1/2 a bag of beef jerky

L: 1 1/2 fried blue crab & 4 big broiled shrimp

S: 1/4 cup of NSA vanilla ice cream topped with 4 fresh strawberries

D: Baked chicken thigh, 1/2 cup of collard greens, 1/4 cup of white beans

S: Too irritable to have a snack. The only thing I could think of was having to go to bed early so I can be up by 5:15 am! I'm such a brat!
