DEHYDRATION!!!!!!!
Help! It seems I have a hugh problem with dehydration - its to the point where I actuallt pass out in public places, concerts, amusement park, etc... amd I was wondering is it due to the fact that out pouch can only hold a few ounces of liquid and perhaps I am sweating out more than I take in??? Any help would be appreciated. (My PCP tells me not to take my blood pressure pill when I go to concerts, but I think it might be more involved than that.)
It seems strange to me that your pouch can only hold a few ozs. of water at a time this far out? Are you always keeping your water with you and sipping all day long? Maybe you should see your bariatric dr?
I know that I can't drink cold beverages anymore,or it's hard to get in, everything I drink is room temp.

My biggest danger is dehydration as well and I tend to have water handy at outdoor events and drink constantly. I'm too sure what the deal is, but it is an issue and I live with it. For me tho, the dehydration feels more like a drugged out stu*****t dizzy, etc.
The other thing I wonder is I used to have a BP pill but once I lost weight I no longer needed it. In fact, it was making my BP too low leading to dizzy feelings especially when standing. Since I longer take the pill, I no longer feel that way, tho.

I drink about a gallon of water a day and feel my lips drying out if I drink less than a half gallon...I depend on drinking alot of water..
How much water are you drinking? could it be low blood sugar that's making you passout?

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
