Yesterday I mixed up Chocolate Cottage Pudding which is cottage cheese, milk and SF pudding mix. I don't care much for cottage cheese so thought this concoction would give me some good protein. It's not awful but the recipe went in the trash. Has a weird taste. Also made Granola Bars. These are good but could be a little sweeter. I will put cream cheese or peanut butter on them. Next time I'll add some Splenda.
Eats yesterday:
Low sugar oatmeal
Click w/almond breeze & 1/2 scoop unflavored protein powder
Cottage Cheese Pudding
Granola bar
Tilapia, spaghetti squash
SF Chocolate Eclair (homemade)
Surely I ate more than that, but I can't remember what.

Being allergic to tree nuts is a family thing, I guess. My sister is allergic to macadamias, my neice is allergic to those AND almonds. I was previously allergic to walnuts and pecans...now this..so I knew I could be, I just figured I was better than that, which as we all know, pride can be a dangerous thing.. I guess I should take the family history of celiac disease more serious too but it just bums me out to be restricted on so many foods for so many reasons..wah.
Good think peanuts aren't really nuts! I'd really be messed up! Yeah, I think the donuts are worth making but I'm going to have to adjust the recipe to do whole wheat flour instead of the almond meal..bummer but i bet they're just as tasty.
You're right...short list. But it's a good one. Keep up the good work. See ya.
