Hmm. Why is it that the fruit fills me up for a long while but the carbs look so bad on my list. Of course the sandwich thins don't help much. I think I did okay. I could have done better but protein seems to allude me today.
You'll be seeing more fish on my lists as that might be a good way to bring my cholesterol down. I'm not all that hopeful. I'm thinking I may have to knuckle down and exercise. drat!

How did you do? What is your plan? As long as you're considering it and planning it...it will eventually get closer..Keep being good to yourself. See ya.

How about oatmeal to reduce your cholesterol? I know it is carby but works well for some people. My friend swears by garlic pills. I have not had trouble with mine since I had my gall bladder reomoved.

1200-chicken, spring salad mix w/ vinagrette, half a roll with pat of butter

I'm thinking mega doses of Omega 3 and garlic. I used to eat oatmeal with added protein..I may have to do that again..

Great list! You're doing really well. Keep up the good work. See ya.

My day was good. I worked OT on a much slower floor so it wasn't so bad to get these last hours of  in.  After work, I had a long bath, a nice dinner, a glass of wine and a long nap.

I grazed a little here and there all day at work. It was my managers birthday. Is it just me or does anyone else think that there is way too much food at work??

On the way to work
sugar free iced coffee

AT work between 11:30 and 4
toppings off of a slice of all meat pizza. ( i hate thick crust)
1 small slice of thin crust cheese pizza
Side salad w/ light ranch
2 hot wings dipped in blue cheese
1 bite of my co-workers cc cookie
3 strawberries
3 celery strips dipped in ranch
1/3 of a slice of carrot cake

6 pm at home:
2 glasses of white wine
3 big strawberries

8 pm at home
Fried chicken leg
Fried chicken wing

Doing awesome...nice varied list..I used to like the thick crust but I'm like you anymore...I like very little crust at all. I was thinking there's a pizza flavor casserole I think I'llmake this winter or when the weather breaks..

Keep up the good work. see ya. Have a great time off!

I can totally feel your pain on that..I ran nearly completely out of money this week and dear hubby has been cut on his social security by several hundred dollars a month..I"m down to $12.00 to last me until Tuesday and have been down to that all freakin week. I splurged and spent $2.02 for 5 peaches and 2 small grapefruit but couldn't find anything in the way of meat that was cheap enough..Fortunately, I bought a bunch of cans of tuna months ago when it was 0.48 a can and this weekend there is a sale on medium chicken eggs. 5 dozen for $2.99 at the local mexican market. I'm gonna be doing alot of hard boiled, egg salad and omelets this week! When things are tough, you do what you can!

You can only do what you can and that is it. keep up the water and keep trying.
