Such a hectic and exciting day today.  Got approved for a vacation that starts next Wednesday.  and goes through the following week!  Whippie!
had a great meeting this afternoon that I was nervous about for days.  Life is good today.  With all of this excitement, I forgot to eat mostly so...

B:  1/2 slice ezekiel bread with honey and nuts
S:  Cheese stick
L:  Forgot
S:  Forgot
D:  Ezekiel bread with peanut butter and one ounce of cheese

No one of my more stellar days!  Looking for a better routine tomorrow!

Good for you getting the vacation approval.  Are you going some place or relaxing at home?

Is the Ezekiel break really good?  I know it's very pricey but I rarely eat bread so it lasts a long time in the freezer.

Eats today:

Click w/Almond Breeze & 1/2 scoop unflav. protein
Ricotta cheese with Splenda, walnuts & vanilla
1/2 sandwich - turkey, avocada & alfalfa sprouts on Pumpernickel
Dannon plain yogurt w/1/2 cup Fiber + cereal
Atkins Peanut Cluster bar
Beef Strogonoff

S- Body fortress cookies and cream protein shake w ff milk
L-Banana bread oatmeal make w ff milk ( don't know why but was in the mood lol)
