Accountability - Wednesday
Even though i forgot $ at home & thus didnt have the means to buy breakfast, i "made due" w/ the little bit of food i had available here in the frig
That said, THIS WAS A GREAT DAY **pizza toppings & all**.
I banged out another 45 mins on the arc trainer, but i think i may be getting a lil too buck wild on the thing & might have developed a slight knee injury... So i'll try the bike tomorrow.

I ended up doing something to my knees. Boy did i feel it the next day. My chiro said i need to back off that arc trainer for a bit & do some NO impact stuff instead.
So shes got me on the regular bike ("& NO STANDING!! keep your butt on the seat missy").

I know it seems like we're getting old at the speed of sound some days but I think maybe alittle of that is impatience to get at our destination quicker..
