6:15 am 1/4 serving protein waffle, 1 T Reduced fat peanut butter, 1 tsp sugar free honey
6:45 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:15 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Wyler's Pink Lemonade
8:20 am 1 oz cheddar cheese stick
8:45 am 1 small nectarine
9:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Strawberry Banana (with fiber and protein)
10:45 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
1:20 am 1 hard boiled egg
12:00 pm 12 oz coffee w/sugar free creamer (powdered) and splenda
1:00 pm 4 oz baked chicken breast, 1 cup lettuce, 2 medium slices tomato, 1 oz light raspberry dressing
2:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, AquaFusion Strawberry Soother
2:35 pm 1/2 large raw grapefruit
3:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Purple Smash
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Lemonade (then I spilled a bunch of it...maybe 4oz to 6oz) Oh well.

6:00 pm 1 small chicken thigh fried, 1 medium chicken wing fried, 1/3 cup cole slaw.
7:00 pm 4 oz Dannon Light n Fit and 2 cherry strudel bites..

Well, I certainly wasnt ready for mondya. I completely missed my AM WO. Kept hitting the snooze button & never looked back.
I was really hungry when i got up - actually i was hungry all day. I had great eats, but IDK WTH i was thinking going soooooo completely over my cal count!!

a couple hours later, at the office - Ham/cheese/spinach/onion omelet
