I'm not sure if I was ready for Monday or not..check back sometime after Wednesday, I guess. LOL.  

My Monday eats:  

5:45 am 1/4 serving protein waffle, sugar free syrup and 1/3 tablespoon margarine

6:15 am 1/4 serving protein waffle, 1 T Reduced fat peanut butter, 1 tsp sugar free honey

6:45 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

7:15 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Wyler's Pink Lemonade

8:20 am 1 oz cheddar cheese stick

8:45 am 1 small nectarine

9:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Strawberry Banana (with fiber and protein)

10:45 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated

1:20 am 1 hard boiled egg

12:00 pm 12 oz coffee w/sugar free creamer (powdered) and splenda

1:00 pm 4 oz baked chicken breast, 1 cup lettuce, 2 medium slices tomato, 1 oz light raspberry dressing

2:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, AquaFusion Strawberry Soother

2:35 pm 1/2 large raw grapefruit

3:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Purple Smash

4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Lemonade (then I spilled a bunch of it...maybe 4oz to 6oz) Oh well.
I'll get more

6:00 pm 1 small chicken thigh fried, 1 medium chicken wing fried, 1/3 cup cole slaw.

7:00 pm 4 oz Dannon Light n Fit and 2 cherry strudel bites..

Totals for the day:

Calories: 1399
Fat; 67.1
Carbs: 102.5
Protein: 106.8

Not bad all things considered...

 6.25 mile bike ride burned about 300 cal.
I'm not pleased with my eating made a couple of bad choices..but I did exercise and I DIDNT GRAZE, which I'm proud of

Sunday's good eats..

Breakfast: 
Smart ones breakfast bowl

Snack: 
Only a big bottle of water and a big cup of SF kool aid
( i have been very thirsty lately)

Lunch: 
Atkins RTD shake
1/4 cup of hummus
1 serving of melba toast

Snack: 
FF yogurt
5 strawberries

Dinner: 
1 big slice of thin crust cheese pizza
1 baked chicken wing cooked in hot sauce
light ranch dressing

Snack: 
Cheese stick
Apple

Well, I certainly wasnt ready for mondya. I completely missed my AM WO. Kept hitting the snooze button & never looked back.
I was really hungry when i got up - actually i was hungry all day. I had great eats, but IDK WTH i was thinking going soooooo completely over my cal count!!

B: (at home) coffee & Strawberry Special & 2% milk
a couple hours later, at the office - Ham/cheese/spinach/onion omelet

S: Atkins Advantage Bar Chocolate Peanut Butter
L: Chicken - Grilled 4oz & cheese stick
S: Pink Frosting, cheese stick
D: 3 beef & cheese tacos

Totals:
Cals: 2365 (WTF!!! I was totally blown away (this morning) when i saw that. omg NO WONDER i felt so dang sick last night!! i easily could have yacked, but didnt)
Fat: 128g
Carbs: 113g (net carbs: 102g)
Sugar: 43g
Protein: 187g (well, at least theres something to YEAH about ...)

WHAT? Where the heck did that number come from...are you SURE? That list doesn't look like it should be HALF that.

What size tacos did you have? LOL.

You'd think they were godzilla size tacos! LOL

Im gonna go check the #s again. Maybe i triple counted a serving or something **praying** LOL!!
