chia seeds for omega 3's and fiber

I recently discovered chia seeds as a way to get in a daily dose of omega 3's and they are excellent for promoting BM's too! There is a ton of beneficial info if you google chia seeds(too much to type). I sprinkle them over oatmeal, salads, in a smoothie, etc. I absolutely love them! In my opinion a lot better than flax seeds because no grinding is needed.

i use them in smoothies and protein shakes..have added them to my oatmeal, grits and salads as well

Recently saw these at  the store but wasn't sure how to use...sounds like a great sub for where I use flax seeds.  great and thanks!!
