chia seeds for omega 3's and fiber
I recently discovered chia seeds as a way to get in a daily dose of omega 3's and they are excellent for promoting BM's too! There is a ton of beneficial info if you google chia seeds(too much to type). I sprinkle them over oatmeal, salads, in a smoothie, etc. I absolutely love them! In my opinion a lot better than flax seeds because no grinding is needed.
