I didn't expect to get the exercise that I got today. I'm actually tired!

B: 1/2 serving of protein waffles, eaten over the course of a couple of hours. with reduced fat peanut butter, some sf honey and sugar free syrup and parkay

L: 1/4 lb cheese burger on an oroweat sandwich thin with mayo

D: 4.25 oz baked chicken breast marinated in lemon juice and dill, 1/2 corn on the cob, boiled..

I had four containers of water and several cups of coffee. I forgot my vitamins! I know, that's BAD..but I'll do better tomorrow.

But my totals were good. I made massive amounts of mini donuts for training sessions this month. I was baking in the kitchen for 4 hours..on my feet so my back is sore..

Not bad for the day I had..I'm pretty exhausted. Time for a shower and bed!

After work, I came home and relaxed on the couch to nothing.. it was great.

Breakfast: 
Corned beef hash
boiled egg

Snack: 
100 calorie pack of chocolate covered almonds

Lunch: 
Lean Cuisine quesadillia
Small side garden salad w/ ff ranch

Snack: 
FF Yogurt
3 tbs of bare naked granola

Dinner: 
1/2 a T bone steak with peppers and onions
1 small red potato cut in wedges and roasted

I forgot to mention that I drank a mikes hard lemonade after dinner.

I had a crazyy eating day and also got some unintended exercise. We went to Westpost it is about two hours from our house; I love this beach town. Nothing fancy but we came her every year when we were kids. We went to oone of the State parks and walked on the beach. I headed back before the rest of the family because I had to go potty. I took the wrong trail back and walked at a good clip for over  mile then nearly a mile back before i found the right trail!
0800-hamburger gravy over 1 slice low carb toast only ate half as I went crazy with the salt shaker on accident
1200-4 fries, maybe 2 ounces of fish after I picked off the crispy layer and 1 cup od tomato basil soup
1230-1 small sf caramel square and 1/2 real donut
1600-maybe 1/4 c sf ice cream- tasted old so I tossed it and a few bites of popcorn again too salty for me and I love salt!
2000-chicken fajitas and beans no tortillas but 10 tortilla chips and salsa
2200-bowl of cheerios and skim milk
all my water and the 2 mile hike that was not planned!
