You are sounding like me today. One of those days where I have no idea what I want to eat...
B- egg on wheat thin bread/ beef pattie ( sound preggo dont I lol)
S- Protein drink
L- Hamburger pattie w some kind of veggie..????

D-Fish seared with seasonings, something something with it lol.... Terrible I know...;O)

Just thinking about eating an egg makes me gag, but I really liked the Egg Salad. Isn't that weird?
The scale shows me down a pound so maybe my de-carbing is working. I'm really working at it. I'm trying to do Phase 2 of Atkins. It has really changed over the years.
Today's eats:
B: Click w/1/2 scoop of unflavored proteing power & Almond Breeze
B2: Protein coffee with vanilla Isopure
S: Peanut Butter protein bar
L: ham, avocado, alfalfa sprouts on 1/2 low carb wrap; Ricotta cheese w/vanilla, Splenda and walnuts
S: Atkins bar
D: Tilapia
S: 2 Crystal Lite bars - 15 calories each
