So this posting is totally working for me.  6 pounds down in the past week.  Getting close ot my first goal!

B:  Slider burger patty
S:  Mozz stick
L:  Slider burger on salad
S:  protein shake
D:  Not sure what our friends are making for Sunday dinner...
S:  Cheese from Latvia!  Yum!!
One day at a time.

6 lbs. down.....good for you!!  I am recommiting today.  I keep falling off the wagon and thinking tomorrow......I'll stick to low carb tomorrow.  Drew Carey has lost 80 lbs. doing low carb.  That's impressive.  Carbs are NOT good for me no matter how good they taste.

I bought 2 boxes of Atkins bars and I really like them.  I also got some soups to take for lunch and I will add Any Whey. 

B:  protein coffed & La Nouba Belgian waffle
S:  Click w/Almond Breeze
L:  Some kind of protein shake, mabe some cheese
S:  Atkins bar
D:  Round steak
S:  Almonds, CL fruit bar (15 calories)

Pair up all that protein with water...a diet high in protein is hard on your kidneys and water is just really good for you..You're doing awesome...
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

have you ever heard that people should aim for an amount of water in ounces that is equivalent to half your weight?  So, If I weigh 180 pounds, I should drink 90 ounces of H2O.  N

Thanks!  I start earlier mornings tomorrow for work and I am nervous I may not get to do yoga and post as reliability.  Gotta keep the focus!
