B: Egg & turkey, the usual
S: Cashews
L: 1/2 c. ff ricotta, 1 scoop protein powder, & sweetener
S: 1/2 banana & 1 T. peanut butter & 1/2 WW dessert - ice cream sandwich
D: Slider burger (gotta make them today!) with salad
S: Protein drink
Got up early and headed to gym to catch Zumba. Only thing was, the time was changed (my caldnar must have been old). So I came home and I have been doing yard work for about 5 hours now. My body is tired but feels good too. Catching up with this login then I will get dressed for the rest of the day.

Noralee, it must not be as hot and humid where you are as it is here in western Missouri. I'm not a yard work person. I love flowers as long as someone else takes care of them. My DH loves flowers and working outside, but it's too hot for him.
My menu today isn't exactly carb friendly. We go out for breakfast on Saturday and I have something I really want and it's usually carby. Still trying to develop a taste for egg, but I should give it up. Just don't like them.
B: IHop - silver dollar pancakes, 1 strip of bacon, 1 egg from the children's menu. The pancakes were at least 5" pancakes so I left 3 of them.
L: Click w/almond breeze + 1 T. Benefiber.....not so good.
S: Luna bar (I went to visit a friend in a care center, stopped at Target and was so hungry. Luna bars were $.97.....better choice than a candy bar.
D: Roasted chicken, salad, pierogies
S: Crystal Lite frozen fruit bars (15 calories each)
Woman's World magazine has an article by Dr. Oz and questions to answer to see if you need low carb, low fat and something? else. I tested for low carb.
