That's cool that you're doing something good like that..I can't think of anything better than getting outside myself (and my own self pitty thing) and doing for other people...

Also, I've been thinking bacon alot more lately. We added bacon and cheddar to burgers last week..I'm think bacon cheese burgers a couple of times this week. Although, I always find recipes or suggestions here and on facebook for dinner sometime. We found a sale of chicken leg quarters for 0.49 a pound yesterday so I'm definitely stuck with chicken this week..

Now if I could figure a way to add bacon to that chicken...I think we'd have something..I'll work on that today.

Keep up the good work. See ya.

That is so funny you mention bacon and chicken. I bought a whole chicken yesterday so I was looking up recipes on allrecipes.com for different ways to cook it. I ran across a recipe where you put strips of bacon over the entire chicken to add flavor and keep it moist.

I love when they have leg quarters on sale like that!

I'm sure the bike ride burned up alot of those carbs too. Those are ready energy to spend on exercise like that. Because my exercise isn't strenuous like jogging, running or bikes, my carbs have to stay LOW and my protein high...and because the protein is high, the water has to be high too. Yesterday I didn't get in my gallon of water and I'm feelin it this morning...my lips are dry. Probably the beer! So I'm working on more water and less junk..

Keep up the good work...See ya.
