8:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese stick
8:30 am 1.5 oz baked chicken breast left overs
9:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, AquaFusion Strawberry Soother
11:20 am 4 oz boneless porkchop on a sandwich thin (yeah leftovers!)
12:15 pm several sips of coffee w/splenda
1:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Peach Tea
1:45 pm 1 small nectarine
2:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, AquaFusion Strawberry Soother
3:15 pm 1 hard boiled egg, 1.5 oz baked chicken breast left overs
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
6:30 pm 1/4 cheese burger with chili sauce on a sandwich thin with grilled onions...yum! I may even have room for dessert!

1230-stuffed shells and cantaloupe

1800-spaghetti sauce with meat and brocoli
2100-sandwich thin with peanut butter and sf jelly
all my water and such but it was a rest day so no exercise. This was the absolute longest week in recent history!

I got my AM WO on tyvm - it was an awesome week! Its almost like Im slowly but surely figuring out my diet/exercise rhythm. I felt really good mentally, emotionally, & physically on friday - like I had accomplished something GREAT!
B: Coffee
1 pc of french toast, 3pcs bacon, & 2 eggs (i was very happy that I recognized the "FULL" feeling & didnt press myself to eat BOTH pcs of french toast)
L: cheese stick & 3 turkey/ham/swiss rolls
S: 1c "pink frosting"
3/4 c salad w/ sliced ham chunks
(even though I FELT hungry, i THOUGHT i was eating too much)
D: 2 beers & spinach dip on sourdough ((yes yes I know, but i figure its friday & im "entitled" to it every now & then)
S: ham sammy on 15 grain bread (was hungry later that night when i got home)
Totals - I thought it was going to be a hella cal/carb heavy day, but it turned out to be not THAT bad...
Cals: 1952 (im not even subtracting for the AM WO. Ive come to the conclusion that doing the NET CAL thing is a slippery sloap for me)

Carbs: 126g/ Net Carbs: 118g
Protein: 128 (not bad at all!)
