It's for Friday...(TGIF!)
JB 1114 has steered me well. I REALLY NEED to jot my foods before I actually eat. My schedule is very off right now but I will 'fix' it in the next few hours. Here is my plan but I screwed up my breakfast. Will regain focus here shortly...
B: egg & turkey sausage
S: Cheese Stick (ate 1/2 cup of strawberries ( 2 T. FF Ricotta cheese instead. it still makes me laugh that I would be upset with starting out with something so healthy! You would think I had two toasted waffles with icecream in the middle like they sell at the Boardwalk on the Jersey Shore! LOL Anyway, the issue will be feeling lightheaded and fruit has absolutly no protein.)
L: Turkey wraps
S: Protein shake with some new SF DaVinci syrup concoction
D: Mini slider burger
S: Protein shake or protein bar (if I get to the store to restock on bars)

Glad I inspre someone!! I did NOT snack last night after I got home from work. I had 2 big glasses of decaf iced tea. I gave DH 2 bite size ice cream treats and 2 FF cookies. Those cookies have not hold on me now. I kept thinking about that nasty sweet taste I had when I ate them the night before.
I used to eat a lot of Ricotta sweetened with Splenda and some vanilla. I need to try it again. South Beach has several Ricotta recipes. I did get the SB book that I paid $4.95 for. I called today to cancel the SB online and it took forever to get them to answer.
Eats today:
B: Click w/Almond Breeze
B2: Protein coffee (choc Isopure & a splash of German choc Da Vinci)
S: Dannon plain yogurt w/1/2 cup Fiber Plus
L: Cobb Salad I hope.....lunch is being brought in for a meeting at 11:30 so I hope to get some leftover salad when I go to lunch at 1:00
S: almonds
D: Not sure

I haven't been on the train of eatting what I wrote even for yesterday... Last night for dinner I was gonna eat a good descent meal and instead ate quacker instant cinnammon roll oatmeal... I was so tired from mowing for hrs in the dead heat till didnt feel that well and surely was to tired to cook alot.. Oh well... But I did find out that I dont do the oatmeals that well that aren't weight control kind. I got really sweaty and nervous feeling after I ate it.So today so far..

S-Dannon greek yogurt with some no sugar added applesauce
L- Leftover lentils w sliced tomatoes
Haven't had snack yet but will probably be peanut butter on thin bread.. Who knows?? lol Its Friday...Even dinner isn't wrote in stone today... Been very lazy in the food thinking department. today..

D: Mini slider burger (skipped again. kids went back to the play and made more homemade trailmix. I was sure to put all the mnm's in their mix so I would not be sneaky and tempted to eat while they were gone!)
S: Protein shake or protein bar (if I get to the store to restock on bars) (Was really hungry for green. So I just made a salad of lettuce, peas, cheese, some almonds with FF french dressing. Who would ever guess that craving a salad at 9:30 would happen and the salad TOTALLY hit the spot!)
Someone posted a great sounding recipe on my blueberry question. I feel comfortable in making it, now that I have something in my belly and I do not feel ravenous hungry)
