6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
8:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, AquaFusion Soothing Strawberry
8:15 am 1/4 serving protein waffle, 1 T peanut butter, 1 tsp sf honey
8:45 am 12 oz coffee w/sf creamer and splenda
9:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, AquaFusion Soothing Strawberry
10:10 am 1 oz cheddar cheese stick
10:45 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Lemonade
12:00 pm 12 oz decaf coffee w/half & half and splenda
12:45 pm steak sandwich: 3 oz left over steak, 1 slice processed cheese, 1Tbarbeque sauce, 1 sandwich thin
1:40 pm 1/2 medium grapefruit YUM!
2:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
3:30 pm 1 medium peach
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Peach Tea
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Raspberry Tea

6:30 pm 4 oz t-bone steak, 1/3 cup mashed potatoes, 1/2 cup canned green beans from canned

Totals for the day:

Calories: 1324
Fat: 62.6
Carbs: 98.4
Protein: 110.4

Alittle light on calories..maybe alittle more protein. I still think I'm done..Maybe a snack but I don't know what.

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Hey dawn. Just another day for me.  I am FREEZING in this hospital! 

Breakfast: 
2 boiled eggs w/ hot sauce

Snack: 
Garlic Hummus
Serving of wheat thins

Lunch: 
1/2 Tuna sandwich with lettuce
FF Yogurt  w/ 2 strawberries mixed in

Snack: 
4 big strawberries
NSA Chocolate pudding cup

Dinner: 
Baked chicken thigh
Small baked sweet potato
Steamed broccoli

Snack: 
Medium stalk of celery filled with 2 tbsp of RF PB

I had a great day today!
I got up early enough to put in 45 mins this morning on the ArcTrainer. Thing kicked my butt good
I was starving this morning, but after i had my protein/flax packed oatmeal i was good till after noon.
Then i dont know what happened, it was like i couldnt get enough & felt like i ate way too much today.
So i compensated w/ a light dinner.

My eats:
B: cheese stick
protein/flax packed oatmeal & coffee
L: left over Michael Angelo's Meat Lasagna
Atkins Advantage Caramel Chocolate Peanut Nougat Bar
D: Jennie-O All Natural Turkey Burger
Pork Pastele

Totals-
Cals: 1275 (i worked hard to stay under that 1300 mark - but i still want 1/2 that fruit pie LOL)
Fat: 62g
Carbs: 102g (yikes)
Net Carbs: 78g
Protein: 91g (not bad when compared to the net carbs)
I guess i can have 1/2 of that fruit pie - that would be about 225 cals lol

The steak sandwich sounds delish right now to me.  Will have to add in one for myself this week.  Have a super day!
