The week is flying.  Up since 3:00.  These days worry me because everything can be easily thrown off if I am exhausted.  So...here we go...

B:  You know it - egg and turkey sausage
S:  Mozzerella stick
L:  A fancy-pants protein shake:  going to add in my new Davinci flavoring.
S:  Salad with a sprinkling of sliced almonds and a small slice of turkey
D:  Beef kabobs with zucchini grilled
S:  Going to an outdoor play this evening.  Not sure what makes a good snack for this.  Some veggies and a 1/2 cup of ricotta cheese for the dip.  Will add some seasoning to spruce it up.

Would love to have a glass of wine at the play this evening...

Haven't been on OH in so long thought would stop lurking and join in. Used to be on over 50BMI forum.Im four and half years out now but food stays the same for me... I can't help it... Im boring lol...

B-egg on whole wheat arnolds round thin bread/turkey pattie
S- Dannon greek yogurt
L- Lentils/Turkey pattie
S-Activia and rolled up light ham slice/cheese
D-Turkey pattie with side of greens...As you can tell I like the butter ball ground turkey thats like hamburger meat lol.
S- If get hungry before bed will have body fortress cookies and cream protein mixed with ff milk.

In between all this eatting gonna have ALOT of drinking water to do because hitting the yard to mow today and VERY hot down her in the south.. ;O)

I've been trying to do the same.. I need some accountability. My bmi was WAY over 50, maybe I'll check out that forum. Welcome back.

Do you ever sleep?  I went thru a spell of waking up at 3 am but I wasn't ready to get up. 

My meal plan went south yesterday when I got home.  I ate some things I that weren't on my plan and I shouldn't eat at all.  Bought some FF cookies thinking there were SF.  Had 2 of them and they were way too sweet.  At least I don't want any more.  Evenings are a problem and I need to break my bad habits. 

This morning I made the Muffin In a Minute but I didn't like it and tossed it after a couple bites.

Eats today:

B:  Click with Almond Breeze
B2:  Protein coffee with chocolate Isopure
S:  Peanut Butter protein bar, low fat cheese stick
L:  Not sure.....was going to be a salad but that is on the menu for dinner
S:  Apple w/peanut butter
D:  Salad w/meat, cheese and boiled egg whites
S:  Protein shake

Wow!  Today is such a late day.  I FINALLY slept in!!!  My son has been sick and between the fever and coughing, I just can't rest.  I am thrilled I have an extra tacked onto my weekend so I plan on taking care of myself as well.  Sleep was #1.  Now, I need to plan my exercise.  I bought  a weighted hula hoop this week and want to put that together today.  Anyone have one of these? 
Anyhow, Just woke up aobut an hour ago.  Got the kids fed and just easing into the day.

So happy to see more friends here.  I feel so much more aware of what I am putting in my mouth if I jot down down.  Here seems to working much better than old-school paper but I have it for a back up in the event I am travelling or can't get online. 

Margaret, Congrats on your journey!!  You look fantastic!  What is cream protein?
Jennilv, Congrats to you too!!!  Keep up the great work ladies! 

My food was off yesterday because of schedule, doctors and play.

L:  A fancy-pants protein shake:  going to add in my new Davinci flavoring. (skipped lunch because work meeting ran late and had to take Erich to doctor) 
S:  Salad with a sprinkling of sliced almonds and a small slice of turkey (grabbed threee slices of turkey and rolled them up in lettuce before going ofr xrays)
D:  Beef kabobs with zucchini grilled  (got home late so did not have a 'dinner'  grabbed 1T of peanut butter to tie me over)
S:  Going to an outdoor play this evening.  Not sure what makes a good snack for this.  Some veggies and a 1/2 cup of ricotta cheese for the dip.  Will add some seasoning to spruce it up.   (when I sat down I realized I was just famished and so tired because I was not fueled well today.  As I sat in my chair for the outdoor play, I was ready to eat my own arm.  Also, when I am so tired, I make not so good thoughtful choices.  I drank a glass of wine, had a small serving of trailmix my daughter made.  I tried to stick to the nuts and raisins but also had some pretzels and goldfish.  Wanted to stay away from them but they looked so good with my beer goggles on!  LOL.  After the play, I made some chicken noodle soup for Erich and had a 1/2 cup of that.  Felt like such a grazer.  Today is a new day!)
