Accountability - Wednesday
What is wrong with me? Before surgery I could be near death and not feel crappy enough to make me stay home, now the slightest little thing has me taking to my couch and being whiney...argh. I'm at work today; I'm not 100% yet, but I'm getting there..better by the afternoon. That's a good thing!
My eats for Wednesday:
5:30 am 1/2 serving protein waffles, sugar free syrup and parkay squeeze on stuff
6:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
8:45 am 1 oz cheddar cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
9:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry
10:15 am 1 small nectarine (not hungry..everything tastes like junk!)
11:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Lemonade
12:00 am 1/4 lb cheese burger, lettuce wrapped, sliced tomato, pickles, onions and thousand island dressing
1:00 pm 16 wheat thin crackers, 1 Tablespoon peanut butter (probably a mistake but I needed to eat something before a long meeting)
1:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Strawberry Banana
3:00 pm hardboiled egg
3:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Berry Blue Typhoon
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, AquaFusion Strawberry Soother (with chamomile)
6:30 pm 4 oz pork chop
I didn't eat anything else but I could. My dog tore up my husband's wiring on his durango...so we're both in trouble..

OMG, i am the exact same way. We are worse than men. Any little thing and I feel like I am dying.
My day was good except my eating was unplanned. Night shift threw me a little party with lots of fattening food and snacks since tonight is my last night with them. When they got here at 7, The snacking began. My new job starts on the 3rd.
Breakfast:
3 strips of turkey bacon
1 slice of light wheat toast.
Snack:
10 cherries
100 calorie pack of chocolate covered almonds
Lunch:
Smart Ones frozen dinner
FF Yogurt
The snacking started....
1/2 serving of wheat thins dipped in hummus
2 baby carrots dipped in light ranch
few celery sticks dipped in hummus
1 beef enchilada
3 big tortilla chips dipped in salsa
1 small piece of pound cake
3 more wheat thins
