The day ahead of me seems to provide a bit of relief at work as compared to earlier this week.  The kids were put in check as well.  Let's hope I did not jinx myself.

I am still really liking the turkey and eggs for breakfast and mozzerella stick for a snack.  So they stay one th menu.
L:  Chicken and peppers (from yesterday)
s:  protein coffee
d:  slider burger and salad (spinach)
s:  1/2 weigh****chers dessert (out of oh! yeah bars)

So...the day is off and running.  Time to rise and shine!  have a great day everyone!!

My day's food is logged into the OH food log.  Carbs are higher than I would like but I'm having a Smart One today.  I bought several on sale and need to use them.

B:  GNC whey choc carmel w/Almond Breeze
B2:  Protein coffee with Isopure
S:  La Nouba waffles, Greek yogurt with crumbled protein bar
L:  Smart Ones
S:  Low fat cheese slices (2)
D:  Bacon, lettuce, tomato on half an Orowheat thin
S:  Strawberries

Calories:  1171; Net carbs:  85; Protein:  118 grams

Yesterday was an interesting day.  Got through it.  It is so very difficult to set boundries with work as I have been there for several years.  I started as the old me and have blossomed into a newer, better version.  As I look at the world differently and my priorities have changed since having such a big alteration in my life (all senses of the word), my vision is not viewed by all as positive and helpful.  I was a doormat which made me golden girl.  I have worked hard on me over the past 3 years which has led to a new set of priorities and a different way I view the world around me.  I need to be sure to stay focused, and keep what matters in the front of my line of sight.  No matter how bad the beat-down gets.  This too shall pass.

The accountability here is keeping me from losing control.

L:  Changed to salad and turkey which I had waiting in the fridge.
s:  protein coffee - My DaVinci syrups arrived yesterday.  Made this and added cookie dough sugar free syrup.  YUMMY!
d:  1/2 cup bean salsa.  This was the last day for this dish. 
      1 piece of Ezekiel bread with two slices of bacon (fresh delivery from food coop!)  Slice of tomato and piece of lettuce.  My open-faced BLT.  Totally hit the spot.  I have not had the carbs/bready stuff for a few days now.  Not sure what this will do to the scale.
s:  1/2 weigh****chers dessert (out of oh! yeah bars) - Didn't want this last night.  Instead had a 1T. of my most favorite food:  peanut butter!
