Moving alittle slow after the whirl wind weekend we had. My eating was good over the weekend, there just wasn't enough of it. I didn't get in my snacks and didn't get in any good carbs. Not a lot of bad carbs but still, not stellar. But it was time off..I'm paying for it today, I don't feel good and I'm popping vitamin C like crazy. Allergies are causing me all sorts of problems.  
 

Monday Eats:  

5:45 am 1/4 serving of protein pancakes with sugar free syrup (and some coffee sipping in there somewhere)

6:15 am 1/4 serving of protein pancakes with sugar free syrup

7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange

8:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange

8:30 am 1 oz cheddar cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat

9:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange (sore throat...may switch to hot tea)

9:45 am 1 small nectarine

10:15 am 12 oz Hot Peach tea with Splenda Raspberry

10:30 am 12 ritz crackers and 2 T Peanut butter

Decided I was too sick to be at work so I went home and took a nap..not hungry at all! stupid crackers..

1:45 pm sandwich thin, 1 can tuna (water packed) 1/2 oz zesty italian dressing, 1 slice american cheese  

4:00 pm 1/2 cup plain soy milk, 12 oz ice coffee, ice to make 24 oz drink

6:30 pm 4 oz sirloin steak, spinach and tomatoes, zesty italian dressing

Totals for the day:

Calories: 1498
Fat: 79.8
Carbs: 77.5
Protein: 128.4

That's about right..I'm going to head for bed real soon...still not feeling well at all. Allergies are driving me crazy.

I am having a hard time transitioning over to a new tracking tool. i keep going back to TDP :(
So ive resorted to trying to remember what ive had throughout the day & then going home & logging it in to TDP  - but i know this wont last...
anyways...heres my eats

I have a terrible time when I'm not at work. I use my email to keep track of what I eat and when...that's the only way I can keep track. On the weekend, if I keep track, it's hard and I eat alot less snacks..

Your list looks really good. numbers are nice..Good job. Keep up the good work. See ya.
