I am taking JB1114's advice - here is my plan for tomorrow.  Better to plan ahead then log as I eat.  So...

B:  One scrambled egg & a Turkey sausage patty
S;  Mozz Cheese Stick
L:  turkey & edamame
S;  cup of protein coffee
D;  Turkey mignon & salad
S:  Protein stick
One day at a time.
Meet this goal and get a new pair of jeans for social league at the CAC!

I feel honored!!  I've been wanting the new South Beach Super Charged book.  I got an email where I could get it for $4.95.  I knew there had to be a catch and there is.  You order the book and are automatically enrolled in the online program.  After 7 days, you will be chargef $65 for 13 weeks of the program. 

My calendar has been noted to call Thursday to cancel.  Over the years I spent thousands on weight loss programs.  No more.  I know what to do and I have the tool to do it.  I did look at SB online.  Didn't like their menus at all.  I printed the list of foods allowed and not allowed and I'll make my own menues.  Wonder if I will still get the book if I cancel.

S:  Dannon Greek yogurt w/crumbled Peanut Butter Bar (made them yesterday but they turned into crumbles
L:  2 low fat cheese sticke, 6 beef bites
S:  forgot my apple
D:  cottage cheese w/peach slices, zuchinni & onions
S:  protein shake

Yeah, there's typically a hitch.  The other one they get you with is the shipping and handling charges.  I tend to stick with amazon or stop by my local barnes & noble.  I also copied menus from Jenny Craig.  Lean Cuisine type meals work well.  Jus****ch the protein & sodium.

Planning ahead was great.  I did much better.  Stuck to the foods.  My timing was off however.  Nerves were in high gear at work so I didn't have my morning snac****il after 11.  I adjusted accordingly.  When i got home I was stalled and then ate later.  I could have eaten an arm!  So I did some snacking on veggies.  Was not and still not hungry for protein stick.  Tried a bite but got rid of it.  Just couldn't eat it.  Seems like eons ago I would have just consumed that and then 10 more in a sitting.  Life's good! ~N
