I was up early to get things done before we leave for Sacramento again..laundry and cleaning. Then to stock the house with food that dear son will eat..and fill the car up with fuel for the trip. Our daughter got us passes for the state fair up there so there will be walking..I like that. Final prep tonight and pack the car and we're ready...maybe.

8:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
9:15 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1 T regular peanut butter, 1 tsp sf honey
10:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Raspberry Ice Tea
11:15 am 1 medium peach
11:45 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Lemonade
12:45 pm 4 oz baked chicken breast, 2 cups spinach, 2 tomatoes, 1 oz zesty italian dressing
2:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
2:30 pm 1 hard boiled egg
3:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Berry Limeade
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Lemonade
6:30 pm 4.5 oz fried chicken breast, 3 oz fried potato wedges

I ran before work but only three miles since I only had an hour to run and get home to get ready for work.
