I had gastric bypass surgery 4 years ago and am doing well.  I have had 2 babies since then.  I do need to lose about 10 pounds.  My biggest concern now is the skin!  I really want to have it removed.  I can't do the things I really want to do because of it.  When I walk fast or run the skin flaps up and down.  I can't wear the right kind of underwear or jeans I have to tuck my skin into my jeans.  I would probably wear a size 8 if it was gone.  I know others have this same problem.  Were any of you able to get insurance pay for it?  Thanks in advance, Pennisweet

I had a hernia that needed reapiring so I combined that with a tummy tuck.
There is a plastic surgery forum on here; check it out.
I wore and continue to wear "granny panties" the ones with control to feel held together. I wear them now because I am used to the feel and even 7 months out I still swell after being active.
Look at your insurance policy and even call; they should be able to help you.
