I think I'm finally shaking off the last two weeks..I feel like the sun is shining today for some reason..Happy!
Eats for Thursday:
5:30 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1 Tablespoon reduced fat peanut butter, 1 tsp sugar free honey
6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
8:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
9:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Raspberry Tea
10:25 am 1/4 serving protein waffle, 1 T peanut butter with splenda
11:30 am 12 oz coffee w/sugar free creamer and splenda
1:00 pm 3.5 oz fried chicken thigh nuggets, 1 cup lettuce, 1 cup spinach, 4 slices tomato, 1 oz ranch dressing
2:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Power Edge Wild Berry
3:20 pm 1 hard boiled egg
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch orange
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Lemonade
7:00 pm 5 oz Kielbasa sausage, 1/2 cup sauerkraut, oroweat sandwich thin (and mustard), 2 french fries
desert plan: 1 sugar free short cake, 1 small peach, 4 oz Dannon Light n Fit, whipped topping
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1564
Fat: 84.5
Carbs: 102.4
Protein: 113.2
Not bad. It took me nearly an hour to get that whole dinner in..it may be another half hour before I can eat my dessert..I still want it but...not sure if I can have it..

Thank GOD for happy days! My day was very good. I was off so I spent the day doing a little retail therapy with my best friend. it was great. Now I am on the couch with a cold beef watching a movie. My daughter went out of town with my parents so I'm alone... i sure do miss her

I know. I spend days wanting everyone to leave me alone and when they do, I miss them...What the heck..Of course it takes me a couple hours to get irritated with the quiet but that first couple of hours is heaven..
Great list. Love the steak..Isn't it something how great we eat now? I mean I ate junk before surgery..I could always fall back to that but I'm happy with steaks and lean burgers..

Happy days are here again; isn't that a song? I am so stressed about changes at work that affect my nurses, but I do not have any control over the changes so I will just support them in any way I can. I have two more interviews one tomorrow and another next week. I am not sleeping well!

1430-ate the top of a pepperoni pizza slice

The closer to the weekend, the happier I get. Especially when there's something to look forward to..road trip! We're headed to Sacramento to jiggle that new grandbaby! FINALLY.
