Oh the stress...I'm doomed to fail this week..but I'm still gonna try and keep my head above water. The carbs are calling and ...my resolve is really low. This could mean that I'll be afraid to eat or I'll just chuck everything I find into my mouth. That could be it too. I missed my snack this afternoon..

Good job..Shopping is my favorite form of exercise. I love to do it on a time budget because i nearly RUN down the aisles..LOL. Marathon shopping should be an olympic event. We'd have to form a team and we'd get gold medals!

Great list. Keep up the good work. See ya,

After months of saying I was going to get back on track, I think I finally did it.  I went thru a period where I wanted to eat things I remembered as really good and found they aren't.  Guess I had way too many times when my pouch was unhappy and that food I thought would taste so good didn't.

Eats Monday:

Inspire chocolate protein shake w/almond breeze
100 calorie pack of cocoa almonds
La Nouba protein waffles (these are very good but calling them waffles is a stretch, more like waffle cone cookies)
salad w/2 oz. deli ham, 1 oz. cheese & low fat dressing
Costco RTD protein w/1 scoop of Click (Click takes away that protein drink aftertaste)
Fiber One bar on the way to the gym (9 grams of fiber but probably should not eat them because of the sugar)
Grape Salad
Pumpkin Cheesecake (from Bariatric Eating)

I did that too. One of the big things was I took a tiny sip of my husband's coke..BLAH...that stuff is nasty..so I don't feel like I need to try it again, it wasn't that good to start with.

You're doing awesome..Keep up the good work. See ya.

If you just looked at the numbers you'd think the carbs were high but if you look at the list (other than the in/out burger, bun) it was good carbs. Have you tried ordering that burger lettuce wrapped? I think they'll do that at In/Out. Just a suggestion...

But actually, you did awesome. You're working hard and it shows. Keep up the good work. See ya.
