Accountability - Saturday
Last night the fried chicken thighs made me feel awful. I had a headache and felt bad all over..It could be the chicken but it could also be the heat. Today the new grandbaby made a showing..NO name yet but she was born at 12:38 (we got the call from mom at 12:45..talk about brand new!) 6 lb 11 oz, 19.5 inches long. Bawling and bald. LOL. Normal for this family. Next weekend we'll probably have to go visit and see her.
My eats today:
B: 1/4 serving protein waffle with reduced fat peanut butter (coffee)
12 oz drink mix, peach tea
2B: 3 egg omelet with ortega chilis and no cheese. 1/2 cup hashed browns (coffee)
24 oz drink mix, cant remember the flavor
24 oz drink mix, Hawaiian punch something
L: left over fried chicken, drumstick, 1/4 cup cole slaw
24 oz drink Mix, peach tea
D: Banquet salisbury steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, salad with spinach/lettuce/tomato and sesame dressing
numbers for the day:
Calories: 1327
Fat: 69.2
Carbs: 91.5
Protein: 99.1
I could go for more protein, I guess. But with this headache, I'm headed to bed early I think. I already napped for three hours today but the headache just won't quit..tylenol and me are buds today. Probably need more water..I could do that later.

My Saturday was LAZY! I got up early, went to the store for a couple of things then stayed home the rest of the day and watched movies and took several naps.
My good eats...
Breakfast:
1/2 cup of corned beef hash
1 scrambled egg
2 turkey sausage links
Lunch:
2 fried chicken wings
1/2 cup of mac n cheese
Snack:
Sugar free banana pudding
Dinner:
1 fried chicken wing
1/2 a BBQ boneless pork rib
1/2 cup of collard greens
less than half a cup of mac n cheese
Not the best eating day but that's how it is
