Accountability - Friday
Because the power is still out at home, I'm posting this ahead of time with my planned dinner included..I plan to way over eat because of the stress of all of this...
I've been up since 2 am this morning with no power, phone, internet or water..The power was taken out at 7 pm yesterday by a lightening storm so we can't leave for Sacramento until there is power restored..So I'm at work where I can at least flush and not have to listen to all the food in the freezer going bad (my imagination!) . Tonight we're headed to buy a big generator so we can run the well and at least flush toilets for the night..maybe a shower. Woo Hoo.
My eats:
3:00 am 1/2 serving protein pancakes (we do have propane) and sugar free syrup
5:00 am 1/2 serving protein pancakes with reduced fat peanut butter
7:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
8:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese stick.
9:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton White Raspberry Tea
10:00 am 1 medium peach, raw
10:30 am 3 oz braised beef, 1/3 cup mashed potatoes, 1/3 cup canned mixed veggies
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
1:00 pm 1/4 serving of protein waffles from the other day.sadly, no peanut butter or butter to put on them so...plain.
2:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton White Raspberry Tea
2:30 pm small ice cream sundae with no ice cream (strawberries, banana, nuts, whipped topping)
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix,
6:30 pm 2 fried chicken thighs, 1/4 cup cole slaw
totals for the day, provided I stick with what I have listed above...we'll see. The stress is really calling my name!

Protein: 176.3
Not bad at all for what has happened all day today. If I can just stuff protein into my mouth rather than cookies, today will be much better than yesterday even if I do go way over the top on calories.

I am at work watching the clock. I cant wait til i switch to the Emergency room next month. I like to stay busy and it's not busy here anymore.

1 fried egg & cheese on a wheat bagel thin
Large SF vanilla ice coffee
Snack:
Pure protein bar
Lunch:
Ham, cheese, lettuce, red onion and light mayo in a Wheat sandwich thin
few watermelon chunks
Snack:
Boiled peanuts
Few cherries
Dinner:
Turkey, cheese, lettuce, red onion & hummus in a Whole wheat, low carb wrap
Raw broccoli dipped in FF ranch
Snack:
Protein shake
I had a lot of carbs today but I'm pretty satisfied with this list.
