Accountabiltiy - WEdnesday
My grand dawg is feeling better this morning..That's a great thing. The poor little guy has parvo and they've given my daughter injections to give him and some medication. They said it's good that they caught it early. He's not dehydrated and he seems a bit interested in food so we're going to try something with plain yogurt..and see how that works.
My eats for Wednesday:
5:30 am 1/4 serving protein waffle, 5 large strawberries, sugar free syrup and parkay spread
6:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Strawberry and Banana
8:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese stick
8:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
9:15 am 1/4 serving protein waffle, 1 T peanut butter, splenda
9:50 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Hydrating Berry
10:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
12:00 am grilled chicken breast lettuce wrapped sandwich, tomatoes, pickles, mayo
12:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton White Tea Apple Cranberry
2:10 pm 1 small orange, raw
2:50 pm 1 hard boiled egg
3:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Polar Blast
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Lemonade
6:30 pm barbequed beef sandwich on a sandwich thin, cheese and mayo

my day was good. I ran some errands beforee work then came home to chill before work at 2.
On my way home, I stopped at walmart for a couple things and a lady stopped me and asked me if I was on a website. I told her no then thought about OH and asked her which one. She said OH and I told her yes. She congratulated me on my weight loss and then we talked in the middle of walmart for about 20 min.

Watermelon and cantaloupe
Lunch:
Deli turkey, slice cheese, lettuce, red onion and hummus
in a low carb wheat wrap.. YUM
Snack:
5 Medium strawberries
RTD Protein shake
Snack:
handful of strawberries
Dinner:
Lettuce topped with..
deli ham, boiled egg, croutons, lots of raw veggies and light Italian
Snack:
Medium stalk of celery filled with 1 heaping tablespoon of hummus
1 big chunk of watermelon .. as i cup it up for tomorrow
Liquids..
32 oz bottle of great value flavored sparkling water... zero everything.
16.9 oz bottle of SF Hawaiian punch X 2
16 oz cup of water
1 can of diet coke
12 oz of great value grape drink
Awesome on the liquids..You're doing good increasing and with the weather hot, it's a must! We had a hot weather warning here, it was up to 109...I don't think I can increase much.
Great list..I think you can even count the watermelon as fluids.
