I woke up alittle late but I think Im caught up..or at least I will be. LOL.  
My eats:  
5:45 am vitamins except my calcium because I was sipping coffee at the time.
6:00 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 4 large strawberries, sugar free syrup and parkay squeeze
6:30 am second cup of coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
8:10 am 1 oz cheddar cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
9:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Arizona Lemon Iced Tea
9:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Raspberry Iced Tea (and two calcium citrate)
10:10 am 1 small orange, raw
10:30 am 1/4 serving protein waffle, 1 T peanut butter and splenda
11:45 am 12 oz skinny, iced vanilla latte at Starbucks..not sure how to figure the stats on this but it was sugar free with vanilla soy
12:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Apple Cranberry Iced Tea
1:00 pm 4 oz baked chicken breast, 1 cup chopped lettuce, 3 slices tomato, 1 oz zesty italian dressing (1 calcium citrate, 1 B-12 Sublingual)
2:10 pm 1 small peach
3:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
4:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Natural Tropical
6:00 pm 4 oz Salmon, grilled, 1 medium cob of corn cooked from fresh

Totals for the day:

Calories: 1397
Fat: 60.8
Carbs: 98.2
Protein: 129.2

Now I like those numbers. That's just about perfect for me..I walked alittle, got all my vitamins, all of my water and I have some more water later, I think...we'll see. I always have trouble late in the afternoon with bad carbs (cookies, crackers, popcorn) calling to me because of the stress at work this week but I managed to stay away from that junk with the peach and hard boiled egg..I did pretty good, I think.

How did you do? How far off the mark were you? Did someone move the mark or did you just head in the wrong direction? Get back under sail and go back to your course...You can do it.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Hiya ladies
I woke up too early. A stupid text message woke me up and I've been irritable every since.
Work has been slow as heck! The good thing is that I got the job that i applied for. It's in the Emergency room!! I start on Aug 1st.

Breakfast: 
1 egg scrambled w/ cheese
2 strips of bacon
few cantaloupe chunks

Snack:
Celery
Baby Carrots
FF ranch

Lunch: 
6" Veggie sub from Subway

Snack: 
FF Yogurt
Cantaloupe

Dinner: 
Steamed cabbage cooked w/ turkey sausage
Corn on the cob

Snack:
a small piece of bday cake (at work)

Oh you are not going to believe this.
I ROCKED it sooooo HARD today!
I woke up a little later than i planned, but i was still at the gym early enough to get in 20 mins of the arctrainer.
I was hecka hungry after working out, but i still didnt have any of the breakfast pastries they had laid out **GO WILL POWER! lol** - so i scarfed on breakfast.

B: 3 eggs scrambled hard & 3 pcs of bacon, coffee
S: atkins mocha latte shake
L: they brought out a full try of tasty sammys - i had 2 breadless roastbeef & provelone sammys YUM!

after work i went back to the gym for an hour of yoga & another 30 mins on the arctrainer!
D: - i can not tell you how starving i was!!! I figured i had the cals to spare so i stopped off @ Togo's & picked up a #9. I have to admit - i ate about 1/2 of the roll (in total), but picked the meat off of most of it & didnt finish eating the bread when the meat was gone (if that makes sense).

my totals:
total cals - 1392; Net cals - 54
fat: 78g
net carbs: 56g
sugar: 11g
protein: 106g

its just about 9pm & I am SO going to bed!
What an awesome day :) I feel really good about my accomplishments today.

PS - i just thought - i even turned down the after lunch office bday cake & this evening at todogo's, they gave me a free bowl of potato soup - i gave it to a neighbor :)
