NO email at work again this morning. What a start to the week! I count on my email to keep track of my intake..Well, I can improvise with my other email..
Eats for Monday:
5:00 am started with tiny sips of coffee w/ my vitamins (no calcium)
5:30 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 5 large strawberries, sugar free syrup and parkay
6:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
8:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
8:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Raspberry Tea
9:20 am 1 medium orange
10:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Polar Blast
10:30 am 1 breaded chicken patty, 2/3 cup spaghetti sauce with added lean beef
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
1:10 pm 1 medium peach, 2 calcium citrate tablets
2:00 pm 24 oz Protein Coffee drink (Hazelnut Brewed coffee and 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder and ice)
3:00 pm 1 serving Wheat Thins (whole wheat) , 1 hard boiled egg, 1 calcium citrate tablet, 1 B12 sublingual (this was a bad mistake!)
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry
6:30 pm Spaghetti..1/2 cup whole wheat pasta, 1/2 cup meat sauce and 1/4 lb burger patty with parm cheese
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1663
Fat: 73.6
Carbs: 124.0
Protein: 133.2
Not bad but not great. I don't have room for popcorn either..Oh well, I can deal with that.

I am so happy that today is over! It was slow and boring and i feel like I watched the clock more than anything.
My good eats..
Breakfast:
3 strips of bacon
Fruit smoothie
Snack:
Raw broccoli
Baby carrots
Raw celery
FF ranch
Lunch:
1 cup of Italian sausage veggie soup
Few cantaloupe chunks
Snack:
1/3 of a mango
1/2 a small container of FF yogurt
Dinner:
2 thin cut grilled pork chops
1/2 ear of corn on the cob
Snack:
Cheese stick X2

Well - its monday & my SPAAAAACATION full of lovely

is over. lol strangley enough - even though i got all that R&R over the weekend, i was HECKA TIRED today!!
The only good thing i can see out of that is - Im back on the wagon & I actually feel good about that!
I dropped the boy off at church before work. He's off for almost a full week of church camp fun & water slides :) but man i tell you, it was crazy trying to get out of the house! Needless to say, I didnt have a chance to get my "breakfast" or my WO on in the AM. So i had to improvise...

S: by this time i was DYING of thirst & realized i hadnt had any water all day! I may have gotten in about 16oz total today :(

roast beef/salami/cheddar/romaine wraps (i just love lettuce wraps! they make me feel like im eating something thats so good for me!)
